Genaro from Brooks provided excellent service. I had a few questions that he addressed before getting started, and he was very thorough around the perimeter of the house. All of the Brooks techs have been great, and I'm always impressed by the company's reliable, efficient operations.

My boss’s cat had some fleas and I was paranoid that I brought them to my house so I called Brooks Pest Control. Adrian did a great job! He was super thorough and was out in a short amount of time. Recommend this place for anyone experiencing pest issues!

I spoke with Nate at Brooks pest control and he was a pleasure to work with. The technician, Jeramiah came the next day and with his help my gopher learning experience begins. He assured me he set many traps and so I hope the flags start moving soon.

I called Brooks Pest Control to help with ant infestation inside my home. The service agent came quickly. He inspected the areas inside the house and applied a little amount of gel in the corners around the area that ants were seen crawling. He sprayed outside the house. In about half an hour I noticed swarm of ants taking the bate. By the end of the day, the baits were all eaten and saw many dead ants and few crawling. I totally recommend this company.

John a technician from Brooks Pest Control came out same day to get down two wasps nests today. There were wasps inside hibernating in one. We did see them move around though. There was also an empty nest nearby which he also removed. I appreciate that he not only came on sort notice on a Saturday but he also looked to make sure there were no other nests. I plan on setting up a regular service.

So far, so good. Jemiah was the technician and he was prompt, communicative, and friendly. He clearly explained his solution for our situation which is mainly ant control, and like I said, so far so good!

Adrian was very knowledgeable in what he was doing, he was very detailed oriented and informed the the tenants on do's and don'ts after his service. Very satisfied.

Even though our service schedule was delayed but Omar was very nice and professional , he did a good job. Thank you Omar.

Aaron Grier is the man! He did a great job today at my home removing a newly discovered ant hill. I love the work this company does. They’re kind, responsive and awesome all around.

Jacob was great. He explained the process of what he was going to do. He made sure to place the traps in the places where he anticipated where the gopher(s) would enter and exit. Hopefully, this will go a long way to resolving my issue.

I love the young man Darrell he was patient he took his time he listen to me and did exactly what I called him out to my house to do so I’m thankful he was the one who was sent out to take care of me and my family I’m thankful for him

This company is absolutely horrible.  First I reached out to the company and requested them to come to my house to do an inspection and possibly start services ASAP.  I had an appointment scheduled from 8 AM to 12 PM, only to find out at 1130 AM when I called in for an update, that my appointment was cancelled by their team for no reason, absolutely no explanation given.  I am escalated to an account manager who apologizes and advises me he will re-route a technician to come out today and is very sorry for the inconvenience.  I am told a technician now will arrive between 1 and 4 PM.  No one shows up.  I then get a call at 530 PM the technician has run out of time and no one will be coming today.  I lost an entire Saturday waiting around all day for these people to show up just to do an inspection, this was an absolute joke.

Do not use this companies services. This was just to setup an appointment for initial inspection to obtain my business, i could only imagine how horrible this company is to work with once they get you under a contract and have already been paid.

Super professional and caring customer service. The technician that came out was also very nice and explained everything in detail.. I am impressed!!! Will definetly be referring and using in future.

Christopher the technician that came out was incredibly helpful, punctual and informative. I will definitely be having him come back as my tech as well I continue to use Brooks Pest Control for future exterminations. I highly recommend this company and this technician.

Adrian completed his job by verbal explaining what was require to catch the rodent. He completed a inside and outside inspection. When done he took me on tour to the location of the trap To tip him I really need to see action from the trap. But he done a clean job
