Very prompt service. Called at 10 o’clock in the morning came two at the same day. Was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would most certainly use them again if I need to the mouse that we The mouse that we had in the house was caught that very same night. Was our technician and he was all that all that I wrote above him. When I called the company, I was very pleased with the service I received on the phone.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I called on a Tuesday and they arrived Wednesday morning to do my first service. Darryl, The technician was extremely pleasant and thorough in his approach. also, I found the price to be fair very fair for what they are offering

Mathias’ work today was top notch! Just one of the best and most thorough Brooks technicians I’ve ever had, and I’ve been a customer for several years now. He managed to de-web to perfection and sprayed all my yard’s trouble areas with spiders. He also very diligently closed and locked all my yard gates for me. I appreciated his service very much today, and if possible I’d love to request him for future services.

Aaron came today to perform a pest control service, and he was very professional and thorough. He provided excellent customer service and did a great job. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail!

Efrain is knowledgeable about pest control. I wasn’t home when he arrived, but I got home before he left which was great! He is super personable which I appreciated & he answered all of my questions about bait stations & pest issues. I look forward to having him service us again next month.

Disappointing experience.
About a week ago, Brooks performed a disinfection service at my property. A few days later, a rat died inside the premises, causing a very unpleasant odor. I contacted the company to ask for assistance in locating and removing the dead animal.

A technician was sent, but after a brief inspection he said he could not find anything and left, explaining that he had another appointment. Eventually, I had to find and remove the rat myself. I tried calling and messaging the technician afterward, but received no response.

Overall, the service and follow-up were disappointing. Better communication and responsibility toward the client would be appreciated.

The help I received was outstanding, information and advice well beyond what I could have hoped for. I have no idea how the other reviews o read here could possibly be the sane people or company. Outstanding in every way.

I'm a property manager, and Beecatchers just came by today to remove a large hive in a structure. I texted Nicole, who was knowledgeable and professional, and I could tell she truly cares about bees. After I sent a picture and video, she gave an accurate and reasonable quote over text, and I can't overstate the importance of that! As a property manager, it can be a gamble with quotes, because you can't always predict what might happen on the ground. I've been stressed about the bee situation for a while but as soon as Sean came by, he made me immediately feel like we were in good hands. The job was over in 2 hours, and they patched the wall up too, so I didn’t have to find anyone else for drywall repair. A really painless, positive experience, and bees are saved. I'd highly recommend!

Outgoing, friendly people that ultimately want to save the bees rather than exterminate. Bottomline, that's why you hire them.

Efficient and professional removal of huge hive and aggressive bees from inside a fence. Highly recommend these guys.

Terrible customer service!! Female who answers the phone very abrasive and rude!! Needs to find another file of work such as working with animals or inanimate objects that cannot write transparent reviews such as these!! This lady is an idiot!!

Fabulous...took two days... he used a spray that bees do not like smell...then bees went to other side of house...he came back and sprayed again...we have NO BEES...

Came to the house and said there was no hive no pressure to buy anything and didn't charge me. Great reputation and very informative.

They removed a bee hive from inside the roof. They were super nice, professional and very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

they just give us 3 days and no show up, the time in this kind of service is so important so please do not waste your days to deal with this company ... the lady was so impolite also...
