The tech replaced it right there on the spot and the freezer's been dead silent ever since. Honestly the whole thing was handled so smoothly that it barely disrupted my day. Really appreciate how fast they moved on it.

I almost never write reviews but I feel like Appliance Repair Ventura deserves one. My elderly mom lives alone in Ventura and her oven stopped working right before she was supposed to host her book club dinner. She was so stressed about it. I live about an hour away so I couldn't just go over and deal with it myself, but I called these guys and explained the situation. They were so patient and kind with her when they arrived. The tech called me afterward to go over what he found and what it cost before charging her anything, which I really appreciated. Mom said he was a gentleman and that the oven works better now than it has in years. That kind of care for your customers goes a long way. Thank you guys seriously.

Had them come out for a dryer that was running but not actually drying clothes. Took forever to get through a single load and everything came out damp. The technician checked the vent, cleaned out a ridiculous amount of lint buildup, and replaced a part I can't even remember the name of. Whole visit was maybe 40 minutes. He also mentioned a couple things to keep an eye on so I wouldn't run into the same problem down the road, which was a nice touch. Dryer works perfectly now. Not the cheapest option out there but definitely worth what I paid.

Five stars, no hesitation. We just moved into a new place here in Ventura and the built-in microwave above the stove was completely dead when we tried to use it. Didn't want to bug our landlord about it right away so I figured I'd try getting it fixed on my own dime. Found Appliance Repair Ventura on Google and the reviews looked legit so I gave them a shot. Best decision. The guy who came out was punctual, respectful of our space, and knew exactly what he was looking at the second he pulled the unit out. Turned out to be a blown fuse inside the microwave — simple fix, took him no time at all. He even tested it a few times before leaving to make sure everything was good. My wife and I were both impressed. It's nice to find a service company you actually feel comfortable letting into your home, you know? We'll be calling them for anything else that comes up.
