My freezer started making this weird clicking sound at like 2 in the morning and by the time I checked on it everything was starting to thaw. Called Appliance Repair Ventura first thing and they got someone out to me by late morning. Turns out it was the evaporator fan motor going bad. The tech replaced it right there on the spot and the freezer's been dead silent ever since. Honestly the whole thing was handled so smoothly that it barely disrupted my day. Really appreciate how fast they moved on it.

Had them come out for a dryer that was running but not actually drying clothes. Took forever to get through a single load and everything came out damp. The technician checked the vent, cleaned out a ridiculous amount of lint buildup, and replaced a part I can't even remember the name of. Whole visit was maybe 40 minutes. He also mentioned a couple things to keep an eye on so I wouldn't run into the same problem down the road, which was a nice touch. Dryer works perfectly now. Not the cheapest option out there but definitely worth what I paid.

My oven would turn on, but the food did not cook evenly. One side of the pan would burn while the other side stayed soft. The repair person checked the heating part and replaced it. Now my oven bakes much better.

Sears technicians do not do ANY TYPE OF INSTALLATION. YOU CANNOT TALK TO A REAL PERSON. If you do get someone they lie to you and tell you the technician will install a washer and dryer. Sears technicians will only fix a problem. That’s it. NO INTEGRITY WITH THIS COMPANY

Rancarlos is knowledgeable and professional. I had problems with trying to understand the woman on the phone; English is not her first language, but Rancarlos knows how to fix refrigerators. I'll never by another LG fridge again and can hardly wait to dump mine.

Honestly I wish all the service reps were like him. He was so kind, sweet, respectful, honest, and easy going. He made the service plesant and enjoyable. Wish he could come and service our Fridge.

Sears has never sent me a confirmation on my parts ordered they’ve never called me back. There’s no way to talk to a human being. They don’t have any way to tell you if anybody’s available to change your dates because your parts never came in and they don’t answer the phone. I hate this place and I’m gonna tell everybody do not use Siri ever. They charged me without ever getting anything done and I’m calling the bank to stop payment on their finance fee that they charged me. Do not use this place. I tried emailing them after they gave me an email on the email does not even work. I tried calling the phone number and the phone number doesn’t work so unless somebody shows up at my door with some parts and ready to fix my stove, I’ve already deleted my payment to you and I will hire a better appliance repairman, you change your phone number etiquette because it’s really bad that you can’t talk to a human being
