On the scene, Colin S. was great at assessing the situation - even though a lot was hidden behind walls - and then making a plan and an estimate that all turned out better than the worst-case scenarios he prepared us for all along the way - and thankfully did not happen.

Colin & Carlos (like Batman & Robin) took care of it all - monitoring and aiding recovery every day. The final cost came in under estimate and we felt very well taken care of through it all.

On the phone, Ellen & others were calming, Michelle was informative, and Casey was super helpful with my questions and responsive even on a Sunday.

Do not trust ServPro! The crew chief left for most of the project. When he came back to remove a laundry sink-after his crew said they’d come the next day to remove it- he told me our supply line was leaking. They left us with a bucket overnight and we had to turn our water off. We called a plumber next day for him to simply TIGHTEN THE CAP THE CREW CHIEF PUT ON! There was no leak! Our whole experience with the crew was full of miscommunication and nonchalant attitudes. Never again will we work with this company.

We came home from vacation to find our whole bottom floor flooded. Servpro came out that same night at 11pm. Grateful for their quick and thorough service. Technicians were professional and explained the whole process. Michelle in the office followed up the next morning and had a full report ready to send to my insurance company. I was overwhelmed but having someone walk us through, made the whole process smoother. Definitely would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Not all ServPro franchises are the same. ServPro NorthWest Ventura County is outstanding, which cannot be said for other ServPros in Ventura. They did a perfect job, period. They explained the process, timeline and estimated cost before they started their work, checked on the progress every day and let me know the status and why, cleaned up everything after they finished their work (you could not even tell they were there after they left), were meticulous, dependable, courteous, honest, very nice, and really cared about your home like it was their own home. They exemplified superior customer service and technical services that most companies lack. The team that did the work were Carlos, Gladys, Harley, and Manny (they really do work as a team). This type of business is difficult to review because it only begins with a tragedy such as a burst pipe. I am quite happy with the service but not the incidents that brought them to me. And no matter how satisfied I am, I really don't want to have the occasion to see them again. But if there is such an occasion, I know for sure I will call ServPro Northwest. No doubt about that.
I am very happy with the job Jason and James did on two separate leaks recently in my closet and bathroom. They are consummate professionals and will make sure that the work is done to the highest standards with the right procedure. They arrived promptly as scheduled to do the work and then returned as scheduled each and every day to check and adjust the drying equipment.
What most impressed me was the care they took to make sure any wall opening or baseboard removal or deconstruction was minimal and done very carefully and cleanly with a sealed containment. They took out a whole wall from my bathroom to expose the leaky pipes and mold but did not leave a speck of dust anywhere when they left. What was most remarkable is that they worked around the closet shelf so that I would not have the added expense of replacing it. You know for sure when they are finished and all equipment is removed that the job is done and everything is completely dried as efficiently as possible. And by the way, the office staff is superb. They answer immediately and give you precise details on process and cost on every aspect of the work and email estimated details and invoices upon request and can tell you exactly what the schedule is for each day and make adjustments if necessary. This business really puts the "PRO" in service.

SERVPRO made a horrible situation, a little more tolerable. When you require a service like this come to your home, you are already feeling the stress of the situation and the potential of displacement and financial commitment, but add the current heat wave and COVID-19 concerns, I was really feeling the pressure. I had a leak from my air conditioning system and it had poured through my kitchen ceiling and the ceiling can lights.
As a single mom that just started teaching virtually the day this happened, as well as my kids starting virtual school the same day also, I was at my breaking point. But when Jason Hulette and James Meza arrived the same day to assess the damage, I felt a huge relief. They were professional, organized, and knowledgeable. They needed to complete testing and position drying machinery in my home, but they used plastic and easily removable tape to seal off the area.
Michelle, from their main office, called me daily to check on things and to schedule the next appointment around my availability.
From the office staff, to the technicians, I felt like I wasn’t in this alone, and for that I appreciate their professionalism, their punctuality, and commitment to seeing the job through to the end.
SERVPO will most definitely have my business again, if I unfortunately need it.
On a side note, Jason and James were very kind to my dogs. This made me feel at ease too.

I found a leak in my home that had started in an upstairs bathroom and made its way into a downstairs bedroom, and was able to work with Servpro as they were a preferred vendor of my homeowner’s insurance. I can see why they recommended them. Despite water damage being extremely frustrating to have to deal with in general, everyone at Servpro made it a lot easier, and it was a great experience working with them to get everything dried out properly. Carlos, Manny, and Giovanni were super professional and courteous, very easy to communicate with, and did great work in our home. The ladies in the office were also great at communicating and made scheduling hassle free. I hope to never have more water damage in my house again, but if it happens, I would use Servpro again. Thanks to all!

After our house flooded, Omar was recommended by a friend and did a fantastic job helping us get our home fixed. His crews did wonderful work and cleaned up afterwards. Could not be more satisfied.

Kudos and many thanks to Carlos, Manny & Harley for coming to our rescue!! With absolutely no evidence of a water leak anywhere in or outside the house we discovered a water leak in our crawl space. Before the plumber from our home warranty service would go into the crawl space to find and repair the leak, we had to have the water removed. Carlos & Harley came right over when we called Servpro, inspected the crawl space and scheduled the water removal for the next day. Right on time, prepped the area to keep everything clean, and started the removal of the water. After as much as could be pumped out, set up dehumidifier fans etc. to dry everything, disinfected area as well. Carlos discovered the location of the leak during his inspection to top things off. Carlos checked on the area for a few days until it was dry enough for the plumber to come in and do the repair.
Can’t say enough about Carlos and his team. They were so professional and considerate of everything involved. Our access to the crawl space is inside the house so they had to pass through 2rooms with white carpet to do the job! Everything was left pristine!!! Their professional work ethics should be taught to everyone! Thank you so much Carlos, Harley, and Manny!! Know we brag about you to everyone!!!
