Couldn't be happier with the work that WDS provided. Their team was so professional, empathetic, and patient as they assisted me through my water damage at my home. As you can imagine, it was a stressful thing to navigate as I've never experienced something like this before, but the team put me at ease and helped me throughout the whole process.

Neighbor's shower drain pipe failed and cracked and leaked in the void between our common wall. It flooded my guest room which needed to be gutted, the mold mitigated, dried and ready for contractor rebuild. Kyle was always professional and very knowledgeable explaining the necessary steps and then performed them properly. Cheri' was always available and very responsive to my questions and frustrations. She also explained the necessary steps and communication was always easy and clear.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had a minor leak that required pumps/mats to dry the floors, which took a half day to install. They estimated the job would cost $3000 but the invoice came out to be over $7000! The insurance company (which they accepted) found unreasonable and excessive charges that should not have been included in the invoice but Water Damage Services did not remove them. I called other companies that offer similar services and the price was immensely lower than theirs. They also charged $2200 (in addition to my deductible) for the outstanding unreasonable charges to my credit card without notifying me!They harassed me with phone calls and e-mails every day for 3 months straight. OVERPRICED, SHADY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Recently, I had a bit of a flood in my home. After a long, panicked, and plumber-filled day, I called to make an appointment with WDS. They were prepared to come out immediately (it was 9:30pm), but I opted for an appointment the next day. When the technician arrived, he was fast, friendly, and kept me thoroughly informed. The estimate and bill I received were detailed and easy to read. Every person I interacted with from WDS (Holly, Jonathan, Andy) was prompt, professional, and genuinely personable. If I'm ever in a situation where I can utilize WDS' services again, I will without hesitation. I can, and will, recommend them to friends and family.

My experience with Water Damage Services was unprecedented in customer service. I was never put on hold through many back and forth calls, they worked through the key process requirements to assist in a government purchase card process, and provided immediate support in an incredibly high volume time period.

Super helpful. We had a minor mold problem for which we were collecting estimates. Water Damages Services came out and, instead of just an estimate, fixed it on the spot for free (it was minor). They also offered suggestions for how to prevent the problem from returning. Meanwhile, another contractor wanted thousands. Excellent service that's honest.

I have called Water Damage Services twice now for water damage and they have been incredible! From timeliness, to constant availability, amazing communication, professional and friendly customer service, we could not be happier. Kyle is absolutely the best technician ever and the admin/customer service reps are consistently going above and beyond.

Great service, they come and get right to work. Jonathan keeps me posted in every day progress. The before and after is a huge different. All the water damage were dry and the mold were removed. So clean looking, it’s so incredible. Highly recommended.

I had some pretty bad water damage/ mold going on in my garage and was referred to this company by a plumber and I had a pleasant experience with them. I had great open communication with Andy. Johnathan would always stop by the house to check on the damage, he was always prompt and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to friends and would personally use again.

This is not my first time dealing with water damage in my condo. Gage came out quickly and started the drying process right away. He dried out the hardwood floors without having to tear anything out. Much different that my first experience dealing with another restoration company. I would call Water Damage Services again if needed, and I highly recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.

Amazing company!!! I woke up on a Sunday morning and discovered a pipe burst in my wall causing damage to the inside of the walks as well as my carpet and flooring effecting two rooms. I called Water Damage Services in a bit of a panic not having gone through anything like this before and they were so kind and helpful in putting me at ease. They had a tech to my home in about 90 min (again, this is Sunday). The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and made me feel so much better. He stabilized the situation and also sat with me while we called the insurance and made my claim. Over the next few days they took care of the problem professionally and effeminately and had great communication through the whole process. The tech was very kind and I was super comfortable with him performing the work in my home all day for several days. He even gave my dogs lots of love and encouraged me to have them out of the crate while he was there. Bonus points! I feel like they had my back through a situation I had never been through before. The office staff is incredible, friendly, and accommodating.

I had a plumbing leak which travelled into the floor and the ceiling & floor of the room below. While fixing the leak, the plumber gave me the number for Water Damage Services. They responded immediately and sent Gage over to assess the damage. He explained my options and his recommendation and an estimate was written and agreed upon. They set up the equipment that same day and started the treatment, which lasted 3 days as expected. It wasn’t cheap, but I felt confidant that all the treatments and expense were reasonable. Gage and the office manager were extremely kind and nice to work with and they answered all my questions.

The phone support was prompt and very informative and helped me understand the process. The technician was on time and did excellent work. Easy to rate these folks as 5 Stars...I would certainly use them again and be very pleased to recommend them.

Fantastic service and work. I'd hire this company again in a heart beat. Holly knows her business and how to serve customers. When I said I couldn't pay the original estimated cost, she went over the rates and services and told me what I could remove for this call. Doing that brought the cost down to what I could handle.

Her tech Jonathan was friendly, professional and helpful. I appreciated the way he explained everything he was doing and how long it would take. There were no surprises.
