I had some mold issues in my bathroom around the sink area, & I looked up on Google for mold remediation companies & Servpro Ventura came up! I gave them a call right away. Within 45 min a technician showed up and was very thorough explaining what needed to be done & what the cause was. Within the next day the job was finished & I couldn't see the mold whatsoever! Plus they used an ozone machine to get rid of the musty smell! Thanks Servpro Ventura!

This was one-stop problem solving. At the end of an escrow, a roofing company accidentally drove a nail into the copper water line in the ceiling. The damage was extensive but the good work of this company saved the transaction and the first home for a Veteran buyer. Excellent work.

Aloha from Hawaii! A year ago in our home in Ventura, the worst nightmare for any homeowners happened to us. We had a major water leak and damaged a lot of our stuff from kitchen to living room. We called Servpro and was accommodated by a friendly representative. They scheduled our home the next day. They took care of our problem very efficiently without charging us an arm and a leg. Super, professional, quick response! We discovered a moisture leak in a condo we were selling and we called Servpro Ventura. We were so lucky, Gonzalo showed up promptly, gave us a reasonable quote, did the job as quoted immediately. This company is so efficient!!! They provide great service to its' customers. Very impressive works. Ridiculous carpet stains were removed, Leaving the rest clean and smells good. Do not trust ServPro! The crew chief left for most of the project. When he came back to remove a laundry sink-after his crew said they’d come the next day to remove it- he told me our supply line was leaking. They left us with a bucket overnight and we had to turn our water off. We called a plumber next day for him to simply TIGHTEN THE CAP THE CREW CHIEF PUT ON! There was no leak! Our whole experience with the crew was full of miscommunication and nonchalant attitudes. Never again will we work with this company.
