A shower arm broke off INSIDE the wall of our bathroom. Woke up to flooding as well as mold from a long slow leak over many years. Drywall was saturated. ServPro of Ventura was out here the same day we called. It took 5 days, but they mitigated the mold, shored up the studs, hung new drywall and repainted everything. Arturo was the guy in charge and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Luis did all the heavy lifting with mold treatment, new studs, drywall, and fresh paint. He was superb. We couldn’t be happier.

They came over on the weekend to place a tarp on my leaking roof. They then performed inspection and provided estimate and advice. Work in progress. Their prompt attention prior to expected heavy rain secured our home

ServPro Ventura is awesome! We had a water heater that burst and flooded a few closets and bedrooms. I called John in the evening, and he sent his crew out first thing the next morning. Art and Jesus were great! They worked fast, efficiently, communicated what they were doing every step of the way and respected our house as well as our time. I love living here at Seaview At Midtown, literally blocks away from the best beaches in Southern California. It’s a newly built property & has a very new modern look.

Train runs multiple times a day , sometimes feels like an earthquake. I see parking is an issue here as owners or residents are parking on the street means there's no parking inside the complex. I don't see the additional trees in original drawings. If I can't find parking as in the past then this complex is ripping everyone off for profit versus making a parking structure versus additional units... I'll park inside your complex like you park in front of the other homes in the area ,how would you like that

Seaview at Midtown is a fantastic community with a thoughtful design as to the building exterior elevations, grounds and unit interiors. We had a fantastic experience working with Julie Edwards, the community sales representative at Seaview. She was professional and great to work with throughout the process.
