The company came highly recommended by my plumber. The owner, Holly, seems very knowledgeable about mold remediation, and she was very patient with all of my questions and sent a rep out immediately to do the inspection. I ended up going with my general contractor, who stated he had decades of experience in mold remediation and was willing to give me a warranty. However, I felt that based on the plumber's referral, and Holly's knowledge and responsiveness, I believe this company would do a very competent job in remediating mold.

Jonathon took care of two issues we had. He was first rate. He was prompt, effective and kept us informed of the process. I would highly recommend his company.

We received excellent service from Jonathan and Holly at Water Damage Services. The quoting process was quick and thorough. We had a unique and challenging job, but they were able to help us with mold removal within our time frame and our budget. I will definitely be using them again if any problems come up in the future.

The upstairs unit leaked into my bathroom and there was mold and damage in a couple of places. Water Damage Services was very helpful. They politely answered all my many questions and Jonathan (the tech who came to my home) was very nice and knowledgeable. He worked hard to make sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible since only have the one bathroom. He also updated me anytime he left the bathroom to get more tools or anything on his progress and what he was doing. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Very impressed with this team! Couldn’t have been more communicative, upfront with pricing, and thorough. Jonathan was fantastic. I’ve dealt with the big name restoration companies before and it’s a nightmare. Hopefully, we have no more water damage, but if we do, they’re the first people I’m calling! Do yourself a favor and call them if you have water intrusion.

Very prompt with showing up and reliable i was so impressed when i saw there work cause there were stains on the carpet but they were able to got that out we thought were impossible.Not to mention they just didnt leave it clean but also makes it smells good.So for sure the next time we visit our in laws that lives in Ventura we will used again there service..I highly recommend this company(Servpro Ventura).

The crew was late 3 people spent 3 hours in the kitchen for a total of 9 man hours. The men cleaning the air ducts did not fasten the ceiling grates back to the ceiling and one fell denting the window sill and the floor.

They are professional and responsive to my inquiries. I will definitely recommend them to to my family and friends who look for cleaning service. Keep up the good work!

We had water leak at my aunt's house in ventura and we called servpro ventura they showed up on time, explaining what needed to be done and give us reasonable quote and after we agree they fixed it without any problems and fixed it quickly.
