We recently had a water leak and needed to have the plumbing fixed as well as rebuild a shower in our master bathroom. Walter provided a very competitive bid and was very accommodating in working with us after pulling apart the subfloor and finding the actual leak. This put a hold on the project as we presented new evidence towards our insurance claim which delayed his crew another week from when we started. After the resumed construction, Victor did a great job of fixing the plumbing, laying the shower pan and framing out the shower. The project was also a challenge with supply chain issues (tile, shower doors, etc) and again Walter and Victor did a great job of solving problems and working through difficult things that would come up. We couldn't be happier with our new shower and can't recommend Walter's professional and craftsmanship enough. Great job all around and will definitely use Coastline Construction Company for all future GC work! Thank you Walter and Victor!

Walter and his flooring installers Miguel and Luis were an absolute godsend! Before getting in touch with Walter, I’d spent three fruitless months searching for hardwood installers who had the expertise and confidence to install the hardwood and herringbone floors of our dreams- to no avail. Unfortunately every company we spoke to prior had more to say about how difficult the installation and prep would be and how eccentric our choices were, than they spent offering solutions and instilling confidence in the process.

Our experience with Walter and his team were a complete 180 in the BEST ways possible. As soon as a Miguel and Luis arrived at our house, it was clear that they love what they do and were excited to take on a new challenge with an impeccable attention to detail. They worked with us every step of the way, open to video-calling to discuss layout decisions for the herringbone even while we were abroad in Europe. The floors they installed as a result were even better than we could have hoped for. (White-washed white oak in a chevron pattern upstairs and natural white oak in a herringbone pattern downstairs). Our floors are nothing short of a work of Art and I couldn’t be more grateful to see the vision come to life.

I would also like to say that having dealt with many contractors over the past year, Walter’s communication skills are second to none. He always offers client-focused suggestions that have saved us time, money, and energy. It’s very obvious how much he cares about the client and prides himself on his work ethic and a job supremely well-done. Thank you again, I can’t wait to see what we create next.

Thank you for our new kitchen, Walter! We had a super old, small 1950's kitchen that desperately needed an update for aesthetics but most importantly for function. Walter came by and understood our vision right away.
