But mostly, it's his honesty and integrity when it comes to pricing and his work that is unbeatable and not seen often with contractors. I hired Walter to do a bathroom remodel on a downstairs Master Bedroom. I was immediately impressed by his promptness at our first meeting to inspect the premises and getting me an estimate. Once we set the commencement date, Walter and his crew were there on time and efficiently and quickly got through the demolition phase. The crew then immediately started on the restoration with no gaps in time between each phase of the process. The quality of workmanship was excellent throughout the process and Walter was in touch on an almost daily basis to keep me apprised of each step. When I decided to make some changes in the original plan and expand the project, I was provided a reasonable estimate for the cost overrun and the changes were made the next day. All in all, the end result was a beautiful new bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower, tiled floor and quality accessories. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend Coastline Construction for their A+ service, quality of work and excellent communication through the project.

We first worked with Walter because he was able to help us out on a bathroom job after another contractor bailed on us. His guys came through and he treated us fairly when no other contractor would help. One year later, we recently finished a large kitchen and living room remodel with Coastline. Walter worked with our budget and brought us some great contacts and a final result that we are very happy with. He is honest and will always do his best to treat you right!

We used Walter and Coastline Construction to completely remodel our only downstairs bathroom. We had some previous water damage so the majority of the bathroom needed to brought down to studs and rebuilt. They were efficient and able to meet their scheduled timelines that were set before construction began. They were also able to keep a working toilet through the whole process. Walter and his team were great to work with, would use them again and highly recommend them anyone needing a good contractor.

I had Walter from Coastline Construction come out and give me an assessment on a few items. He was fair and honest going over what should be a priority for us. He sent over a couple of his guys to help us out with a washer dryer platform that needed stabilization but also needed a vent going to the exterior of the house. The guys were on it, very sharp, quick and put the effort in making it look great. I will gladly use Coastline for other general contracting work I will need to get done in the future. Big or small projects, the team does it all.

Our home is in need of so many interior updates. Coastline Construction is willing to work within my timeline and budget. Recently had popcorn ceilings removed and replaced with smooth plaster and paint. Then removed layers of old flooring; including linoleum on cement, to place a beautiful new tile floor and baseboards. Currently working on designs idea, textures and budget for our a kitchen remodel next. Walter brings in very professional and efficient workers; pleasure to have someone listen to questions, concerns and find them easy to work with. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. We had a bathroom that was sadly out of date. Walter and his bathroom expert Victor made our vision of a modern bathroom a reality. Walter completed the job on time, on budget and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I was given Walter Winters contact information through a flooring company. At first I was intimidated to call a General Contracter. I needed a squeaky upstairs bathroom floor repaired in my parents home which they have been the sole owners since 1966. My Dad passed away 5 years ago and I was my helping my Mom with this floor issue. I will never understand why I was intimidated since Walter came across immediatly as one of the family. The kindness he showed my Mom made us respect Walter immensely. As far as the floor was concerned this was no brainer job for his team. Not only did they take out all the old rusty floor nails, they reinforced the entire bathroom floor to eliminate any future squeaks. My Mom could not be more pleased with the work. We are so pleased with the results that we are planning on Coastline to look into other projects my Mom will need to have done. The only regret my Mom and I have is that we wish my Dad where alive to meet Walter. He would have liked him immediatly but more importantly trusted Walter with his home.
