805 Window Cleaning did a great job. We even rescheduled twice due to potential rain. Had windows cleaned and house power washed. They were able to get rid of years of dirt and grime on our house!

I was referred to Wayne at 805 Window Cleaning for our solar panels by our installer. They had some pretty bad lichen or mold on them, and I was pretty worried about cleaning it off without damaging the panels, which were a big investment for us.

Wayne set up a time that was convenient for me, and quoted a price that was reasonable. One of Waynes team members, Chris showed up on time, and answered all my questions. He had seen this before and assured me he would be able to get them clean without any damage.

I was working in the yard so I got to see how he did it, and it was amazing. They look as new, and we are going to have them come out on a regular basis, so as not to let them get that bad again. Here are a few before and after photos! Wayne and Chris were awesome!! I would highly recommend them for your solar panels!

I have used them several times. Prices seem fair and it is a local company/owner. They have always done a great job, especially getting out stains. They use a big machine mounted in a truck. Ask for Javier.

Moved in to new rental place and found out that Channel Islands Carpet cleaning was hired to shampoo carpets. Well as a new tenant I noticed right away that carpets smell like vomit and NO the carpets where never clean. Coming from a military background and dealing with moving into new places I am used to seeing clean carpets. Found out they will be coming AGAIN to shampoo my carpets... tisk tisk on my rental management team but for a carpet cleaning company to not do there job is a big no no.

Javier and his crew did an excellent job at deep cleaning our carpets. He was honest on his pricing from the start, and even was early to the time window he gave me. The owner Greg was very friendly and up front about the pricing. He worked around my schedule and was right on time.
