Great job on the carpets, even in the high-traffic areas where the dirt was really ground in.

There was a big ink spill in the guest room, and I thought it was done for. But the technician took their time and managed to fade it to the point where you can barely notice it now.

We have toddlers who crawl around constantly, so using child-safe products was a must. They did a great job and kept it safe.

Real customer here. The stated "low prices" are a bait and switch. They will quote you a low price, then once the cleaning tech arrives, they will make the cleaning contingent on a bunch of other stuff that they mandate you do (enzymes soak, presoak, etc). They quoted me like $65 over the phone for a carpet area -- in good condition btw -- that is no more than 100 square ft. No moving of furniture required. In person, that quoted price magically became $156. Classic bait and switch. And it was an all or nothing deal.

To the business: Don't bait and switch. It's okay to offer add-on services but you should disclose that upfront and you should disclose the full price to people. Otherwise, just let people choose a la carte what services they want. You will go alot further in business being honest.

I was embarrassed by how dirty the carpet was, but the cleaner didn’t judge at all. Just did the job, and it looks amazing now. I’m so happy I finally got it done.

Would not recommend. They canceled my appt with an anonymous text message 3 hours before they were supposed to arrive. They said they "no longer service my area." I had made the appoint less than a week prior and I live about 20 minutes from Ventura, where they are located. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

They brought my carpet back to life. It was looking so worn out and matted. I don’t know what they used, but the texture is totally different now. I keep walking on it barefoot just to feel it.

The odor is completely gone, and even the stains from old accidents were lifted. I’m happy to have a home that smells fresh and clean again. My pets are happy too.

I figured it was too late, but after the cleaning it looks lighter and feels soft again. The musty smell is gone too. Walking in there feels different now, almost like moving into a new place.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. Made an appointment 4 days in advance only for them to cancel the day of the appointment. No reason other than they didn’t have techs to come out. Even though we confirmed the appointment prior to this. You are better off going somewhere else.

The rugs in the living room look alive again. They were flat and dirty before, but now the fibers stand tall, and the patterns are colorful. I honestly forgot how nice they looked until all the dirt was gone. It feels like redecorating.
