Maria and her team a fantastic job with my home yesterday. They were not only thorough and fast, but also far more quiet than I thought possible. I was reading in the patio outside during, and when I entered I was met by cleanliness and a distinct lack of cleaning product fumes. I have very hard water here, and the level of shine restored is beautiful.
Molly Maid has been pofessional and courteous at every level, too. The estimator who came to quote the price (for free,) has been handling all questions wonderfully- and will fill you in on all options available. Awful. Hours after Molly Maids came to my house, I came home to my front door wide open and one of my cats outside. Molly Maids forgot to secure the door on their way out. Not only is this an obvious and alarming security issue, I also live up against a mountain where coyotes regularly move about; I got lucky that my cats didn’t stray far, but the situation could’ve easily been so much worse.

Add to that, when I came inside, my dishwasher was broken. One of the staff apparently tried to wash the dishes (a service I have explicitly told them *not* to do), and in the process they screwed up my dishwasher. It’s now beeping incessantly and reads “error” and there’s a huge puddle of water I have to clean up. What a nightmare to come home to, and certainly not something I should be paying $$$ for.

I’ve had growing concerns about Molly Maids because I’ve noticed that they haven’t been scrubbing the floors and disinfecting certain areas, but this was next level unprofessional, and I would caution those interested in hiring them to be careful. I certainly not be continuing my service.

Daisy and Maria did a wonderful job! Molly Maid is a very professional organization from the estimate to end of job cleaning. I am so happy with the result. I am looking forward to seeing Daisy and Maria again soon...

I loved everything about my experience : from inquiry to actual day of. Rather than just “guess” at a quote, they sent someone out to see my house first. Everything was explained in detail and written up for me on the estimate . Day of the cleaning , a team of 3 showed up and did an outstanding job. I was billed for what they quoted and best of all: my house was immaculate. The best gift of all for myself : the gift of time and relaxation. I not only recommend them but will be using them again.

I have been using Molly Maif of Ventura for about 15 years. They are very careful in the hiring and training of their employees. I have had Lupe as my team leader for a couple years. She is dependable and conscientious. I am comfortable leaving her and her teammates here to clean while I do other thiings. I rarely have called with any complaint about cleaning. Her current partner is Angelina, and they work well together. The off ice is always very cooperative if I ned to reschedule or discuss any issue with them.

Words cannot even describe it. But I will try my apartment was so bad I mean real bad dirt dust cobwebs lime deposits, on the sink fixtures floors were dirty. When I open the door after it was cleaned I would’ve done a somersault. I was so happy they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them they are the best.

Guadalupe, Carmen & Angelica are absolute dynamos! What would take me two weeks to clean (because of both physical & time limitations) they accomplished in an hour. They are fast, efficient & thorough.
