Our family has been using Molly Maids of Ventura for over 12 years. They do a great job cleaning our home, and they are respectful, friendly and trustworthy. Last service was done by Csrmen, Erika and Angelica. They left my house organized, clean and smelling fresh. Thank you.

Molly Maid of Ventura has been cleaning my homes (3 different ones) continuously since 1997. A team of 2 or 3 comes to my house every 2 weeks to do a regular top-to-bottom clean. I've also had them do the move-in cleaning service each times I've changed house. The office staff are always responsive and helpful, the cleaning crews are always professional and thorough. They've been keeping my house clean for almost 30 years.

As always, Guadalupe, Carmen and Angelica did a fantastic job cleaning my home today. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They leave everything sparkling and shiny like new! How they do so much so well in the time frame they have is always amazing to me. The floors and bathrooms are especially immaculate, but everything done is A+! Daisy, Maria and Erica are awesome employees of Molly Maid of Ventura. I have had this service for about 6 months and each time they clean they do not disappoint. I would highly recommend this trio to clean your house, they will leave it sparkling!

I have had Molly Maid Cleaning Service for 10 years and have been happy with their efficiency and trust worthiness. They are "service with a smile" and are always very professional. If there is ever a slight issue, the owner has always exemplified very quick attention and resolve. There have been very few issues over 10 years, but important to note they are very responsive to provide the best service possible.

Worst cleaning service ever. DO NOT use these people. Had a confirmed booked appointment and was told when I called the day of the cleaning for an exact time that it "had not been confirmed." It had been confirmed via telephone at which time I was told to call the day it was scheduled for a more exact arrival time!! It was a cleaning for a special event to be held the next day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Sorry, no availability" was all they could say!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daisy and Maria are always thorough, careful and efficient. I trust them with my home and when I return, everything is in its place and sparkling clean. They make sure my house doesn’t look like a dog likes here, even though I have a big, shedding Australian shepherd! I have used Molly Maids of Ventura for many years. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I've been through a few cleaning services, and most start out great, but then quality degrades over time. The team from Molly Maids has stayed at a consistently high level. Daisy, Maria and Angelica are my usual cleaners, and are amazing. They adapt and work around me if I'm working from home, and always leave me with a clean and fresh smelling house. Additionally, the customer service from the office staff is outstanding.

Mariana G. and Maria T. have been cleaning my house for a little while now. They are very pleasant, always have a good attitude and are very conscientious about their work. I really like the team that I have. I can always count on them. They are very trustworthy. I feel like I can leave a key for them to come in and out to clean if not for our dogs. It would be harder to convince our pups it is okay to just come in.😂 Hopefully I will always be able to keep the team I have now.

This is my first time with a service, and I wish I had done this sooner. Daisy and Maria are miracle workers! My house sparkles and now I enjoy sitting and looking at my living spaces. I’m very happy with my entire experience of the past two months and highly recommend them. The team is highly professional, the ladies are friendly, quick and do a deep clean faster than I have ever seen, and the follow up from the office and communication with them is almost instantaneous. It is worth every penny, and the price is fair and reasonable, but my delight is priceless.

Molly Maids sent 3 hard working professionals to Deep Clean my house. Everything sparkles. They worked hard , all 3 of them for over 3 hours. My house has never been this clean! I love it. My wife was super stoked too! Money well spent. I’d like to inquire about a monthly maintenance. Thanks so much! Would highly recommend. Not cheap, but no hassle, no b.s. They did it right the first time. Very satisfied with their results.

After reading all the reviews I was really excited about having Molly Maid of Ventura come to my home to clean after I suffered a fall and was unable to clean.
We have 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a kitchen that needed cleaning and whole house vacuuming. Although they did a great job cleaning the stove top they lacked in other areas.
I asked for the deep cleaning service. It was in-fact not a deep clean. They were only here for an hour and a half and I was charged $400.
After they vacuumed the house, my mother found crumbs around the house, bathroom walls that weren’t wiped, mirrors with spots, hard wood floors with stains. Ect.
Molly Maid is great if you’re looking for a quick clean up, not for a deep clean of your house.
After speaking with Sara about my experience she did offer to have them come back that day to clean up anything that was missed, I declined. I have a toddler who had to stay in the room play room while they worked and I didn’t want to have to deal with that hassle again, as he wanted to see everything they were doing and touch their equipment. (I wanted to give them space).
I asked if a refund was an option, I was told they do not offer refunds.
It definitely wasn’t worth $400 I honestly wish I didn’t waste my money and just waited till I was healed to clean the house.

Guadalupe and Elizabeth did a wonderful job! They were pleasant, efficient, and ensured everything was cleaned to a high standard. The service is on the pricier side, but the quality and professionalism they brought made it worthwhile.
