This was my first time booking a professional cleaning service and it was amazing! It was so easy to book a service through the website. I booked a deep clean service and added on cleaning my blinds. Sarai was assigned to my service and she did a phenomenal job! My apartment looks better than when I moved in! She even took the time to add on small touches like folding my bath towels, blankets, and even paper towels in a nice pattern. I love how clean my apartment is and would absolutely book another service again in the future.

I don’t normally like leaving negative reviews because I know everyone is just doing their best and the maid we had was very nice, but unfortunately there were a few things that left me disappointed. I know their policy is that you have to mention things while they’re still there but sometimes you just don’t notice until after they’re gone because you’re trying to quickly give them answers or there’s a difficulty with communication - both of which came into effect in this situation, however after the cleaner had left I’d noticed that one of the knobs on my oven had broken off. Additionally, since I’d paid for a super deep clean I was expecting the cleaning to be very thorough - unfortunately I noticed right after she left that my cabinets, fridge (both in and out), and wall switches had not been cleaned. Again, I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but in this case I just feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. If I’d paid for a basic routine clean I feel this would have been fine (minus the broken oven knob), but given it was a super deep clean I feel like it just wasn’t what I was expecting. Again, I hate posting negative reviews because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble - but also I want to feel like I got the service I paid for.

Update: updated from 3 to 4 stars because they refunded us to make it so we were charged for a regular cleaning instead of a deep cleaning. Nice of them to work to make things right!

Marisol was absolutely fantastic. She was detailed and informative and listened to what I wanted done. She was friendly and thorough. So happy to have found Marching Maids!

Dennis and Susie we a terrific team. We worked together for a deep clean: kitchen, closets and walls of a furnished move in. They were eager to please during the walk through. Highly recommend.

The woman showed up on time with all her equipment, said hi and asked me how I was and where she needed to go exactly which I liked… She was very professional and did An excellent job of cleaning all the surfaces and places I asked her to. She asked me if I wanted to use my own vacuum cleaner or to use hers, and she was very courteous and communicative throughout… Debbie liked her as well and is planning on calling her in on a regular basis now… The company , is also organized, thorough and communicative through texts, reminding me about their day and time of Arrival

I didn’t know what to expect and every time they have come out to clean so far, they do more than I anticipated. I am still in the process of moving in and they cleaned for 2 hours and got every bit of built up dust, grime and DOG HAIR. They sanitized both my kitchen and bathroom which were borderline heath hazards! They were polite, friendly, and they worked hard. I will be having back!!

I was very disappointed! This company came and saw my home and gave me a range of price prior to the crews arrival. I had to ask them to make a bed? And to go over an office room they never touched? Also blinds that I witnessed them cleaning were left in terrible condition. If you need a deep cleaning, I do NOT recommend! Also, had to pay 250.00 for this sub-standard job!!! SMH….

The Easy Home Cleaning car just went SCREAMING up my street. Very dangerous behavior and not who I would recommend.

Sooooo, I’m confident I will NEVER ever go with another cleaning service. These ladies come ready to get your house in immaculate shape. I just had my house done (last minute priority scheduling by the way!! Elva is ALWAYS ready to work with you and make a cleaning happen if you need it for a special occasion, etc) and the house looks so good, I could cry.

Elva is very accommodating. She’s a sweetheart. And the 3 ladies that come are little cleaning angels. Always have such a bright attitude and immediately get to work. They work hard and get out of the house in a timely fashion. I’m in awe of Easy Home Cleaning. If you’re on the fence of a cleaning company to go for, let this be your sign you need to call them. Amazing work at my home recently and the ladies completing the work were super professional and really did an incredible thorough job and that’s hard to find these days - well worth every penny! The owner is very professional and trustworthy as well and genuinely wants to help and go above any other cleaning service I’ve ever known! Absolutely recommend them for your home cleaning services!

Love the girls! Its a joy to have them in my home as they clean well, are fast and efficient. They also are so very sweet and my dogs love them. Also elva is very accommodating on dates and times.

Extremely happy. Talked to owner and was quoted a price. 2 maids showed up on time, they cleaned everything. My house has never looked or felt so clean. Moved things out of the way, instead of just dusting or vacuuming around. Amazing. Even found cat toys i haven't seen in years. Then quoted excellent maintence monthly price. I recommend.
