I am the property manager at Seaside Villa Apartments in Ventura, and we were in need of a reliable and efficient cleaning crew. I was fortunate to find Two Tree Cleaning, and they have been outstanding. The owner, David, is very hands-on and efficient, if a cleaning task arises, he personally checks it out and ensures his team is there promptly. He responds quickly and gets things done efficiently.

As for the cleaners, we have been lucky to work with Caroline, who is incredibly sweet and excellent at her job. She is efficient, thorough, and always ensures the work is completed to a high standard. When we need vacant units cleaned, the team is available either the same day or the next morning.

Two Tree Cleaning has an amazing team, and I feel fortunate to have them supporting me and my team here at Seaside Villa Apartments.

My wife and I are very disappointed with this office. We have been using this company for a few months now. We were very specific with the times that we would be available for cleaning. The office manager made now efforts to help us, and she argued with my wife. No effort was given to help us with our schedule, no alternate days were given, no customer service... just a lot of excuses and the threat of cancelation fees. NOT HAPPY!
