The house cleaners are very through and always go above and beyond. They’ll wipe down extra surfaces and vacuum other bedrooms. I love that they use safe products. They are always on time and come in a team so the job is finished quickly.

The cleaning crew came early, were very polite, professional, courteous and best of all left our home clean and fresh! I would recommend Maid Brigade without hesitation if you want a professionaly cleaned home without costing an arm and a leg.

My first issue is that their coordinator, Genesis, wrongly instructed the maids to clean only the common areas and the bathrooms when I actually needed the entire house cleaned because it is being put on the market.

My second issue is that when I came home, I discovered that the tile floor had NOT been mopped and that one of the three bathrooms was not cleaned (at least the toilet wasn't!).

All of this "work" cost me $124. I feel pretty ripped off.

Maids were ok. Everyone was polite. I felt they lowballed me then tried to jack the price at the end.
Was going to use them monthly but canceled. They never bothered to call back to get my feedback. Too many other housekeeping services out there to deal with people who are shady.

I hired Maid Brigrade to clean my house better than I could. Sadly, that failed to happen..
Shower stall was #1 priority. It was left only partly finished. Streaks of clean & dirty permeated my shower stall. A large dirty area at the shower door base was missed entirely.
Wood blinds were only visited by a duster, no Pledge, no rag.
Vacuuming is ok.
Ceiling fan was dusted only on the downward facing surfaces.
2 hours into the cleaning, they were only 1/2 way done with my bathroom & Master bedroom. I had to call for an extra hour in addition to the original 2.
Kitchen and most of downstairs not cleaned.
The younger, smaller girl didn't seem to be into cleaning. The older woman was good.
A definite non-recommend.

If I could give a negative review I would. The maids can’t speak English. They refused to do basic tasks such as making beds. Even though these tasks were on the list. They would forget to take out trash even after they were asked several times. They always showed up outside the Cleaning window time . They wanted to rush out in 30 minutes leaving behind all the tasks .Very unprofessional and rude staff. The office staff is responsive but apologizing for the bad service or not doing the tasks does not constitute a good service
I would not waste my time .

Absolute magic! The apartment has never felt so clean and I love that my dog is not suffering heavy chemical smells thanks to their green technology. 10/10 I recommend you check them out!!

We've utilized Maid Brigade for several months now. I could not be happier with the service they provide. The first 'deep clean' was probably the most thorough cleaning our home has had! Since then, I've continued to be very pleased with the level of care the cleaning team provides.

Been a long time client of Maid Brigaide, they have always cleaned both my apartments and business offices. They are under new ownership now and I couldn't be happier with the changes they have made. Seems like all the maids are much more attentive to details and I can always seem to get same day or at worst case next day service. Also, when you hire cleaners you often times get stuck waiting for an extra hour or two for the cleaners to arrive because they are running late or under staffed. I love the fact that they show up on time and I can get on with my day. I highly recommend Maid Brigaide to anybody who needs a house cleaning or business cleaning service!

I have had this service since March. At first the quality was great but after a couple weeks we started to have issues. The house was not as clean as I would hope for the money were spending. I started to notice the women would spend 10 minutes here and here just talking or on their phones. Then I heard something fall in the bathroom and we later found out that it was the shower head. That was broken. We fixed it and caused no fuss I understand things happen. Finally today we found out we have BED BUGS . I am beyond a clean person and only got this service because I just had a baby and needed help. I have never had an issue with any insect in my home. We do not travel nor visit highly trafficked places. The only thing I did differently is get this maid service. I was informed that they can travel in vacuums. The same was used in all of our homes.

We have been clients of Maid Brigade for almost 6 months. We selected them because we were interested in the certified green products they use, the cleaning system and the PureMist cleaner. After the maids leave our house it is like new and sparkles. The maids are so nice and have been careful to observe any special instructions I have. The deep cleaning MB did on the first visit was extremely thorough.

The measure of an organization is not in what they say nor is it just in the times when things go right, it often comes down to when something does not go right.

I have used Maid Brigade Ventura since 2007. Starting out they helped me clean up some of my construction messes. They did such a good job that when it came time to have someone clean my house I knew where to go. They have been cleaning my home for 4 or 5 years and have always done a good job. If I need something extra done, they get it done for me.

Earlier this year one of the maids used the wrong cleanser on my stone shower and it created a mark that was etched into the stone. when I contacted Maid Brigade I was anticipating them questioning whether the mark was already there, whether I used something on it, or some other way to wiggle out of it .... not the case. Angel immediately apologized for the issue and said that they would figure out how to take care of it. The bottom line is that there is was no battle, no defense, no “it’s not our fault”, just how can we make it right for you. They took care of it and contacted me after to ensure that it was done to our satisfaction.

This is a quality organization that backs-up their work. I’m not using anyone else and highly recommend them.

I’ve been very happy with my cleaning service (and I’m super picky). I’m scheduled every other week, they are always punctual, they’ve never canceled (which is the worse), very thorough, the girls are attentive to my needs & are very sweet. I’ve tried a couple of other services & they just seemed to “surface clean” and missed half the things that needed to be done, which actually made me nervous cause them I’m left wondering, was this cleaned? I recommend them.
