I called around Ventura & Oxnard for leak detection companies and Pinpoint was the only one who could show up right away without charging a premium. Their service was great and the price was very reasonable. We have used them twice now for our rental properties and they will be our first choice going forward.

My experience with PinPoint leak detection was really terrible. They do not care about their customers. All they care is how can they squeeze more dollars out of people. I highly highly recommend you to stay away from them. I worked with jordon at their company. He was very rude and unprofessional. They charged me $3200 to find a leak and fix a problem, but the problem was never resolved. They made a few trips to my house to detect a leak and even fixed or perhaps pretended to fix one of the pipes but the problem was still there. I ended up working with someone else. I had never been robbed like this before. Please be careful from this company.

We suspected a second hotwater leak and called Pinpoint Leak Detection to confirm. We have used other companies in the past for a previous slab leak and were not impressed, but this company was exceptional. Anthony was professional, efficient and friendly. He showed up prepared and on time, confirming that we did in fact have a leak in our slab. He also offered advice on what would be best for the home repair. Definitely recommend.
