I had a flat roof re-roofed in about four hours. The crew was very friendly, neat and did a great job. Also gave me advice on dry rot in the ceiling. Highly recommend them

Brian was awesome to deal with...he truly understood the pain we were dealing with ! The people that remodeled our house tried to save every dollar they could and didn't put a single layer of insulation in the roof ! It was 99 degrees in the house when we would come home from work. Brian had his guys there and all completed in a under a week and now we can sleep at night !!! Thank you !!!

I've had the pleasure of working with Cheri at Roof King Roofing & Solar, and she is absolutely amazing! Cheri is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She always makes the whole process simple and stress-free, and her attention to detail really stands out. Roof King Roofing & Solar is a fantastic company all around – honest, reliable, and committed to quality. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of roofing or solar work!

I needed a 34 year old roof replaced with existing solar. I also needed a new solar inverter and wanted a battery. Roof King was outstanding during every step of the process. I received a quick response for any question I asked. The workmen were courteous, they cleaned the area every evening before leaving. One small repair was needed to a roof vent after the project was completed, it was taken care of next day. I highly recommend Roof King, please consider this company if you have roofing needs.

What stood out most about this roofing company was their integrity. They provided a detailed inspection, explained our options clearly, and never pressured us into unnecessary upgrades. The workmanship was excellent, and their cleanup was so thorough you wouldn’t even know they’d been there except for the beautiful new roof! Definitely a company that values customer satisfaction and quality.

WORST RE-ROOF - TERRIBLE LONG-DRAWN OUT EXPERIENCE. Poor craftsmanship, poor communication from project manager, poor customer service.

I had a roof leak and since my roof was almost 28 yrs old it was time to do a complete re-roof (except for around my solar panels). It all sounded great when I got a quote, price was great at $9,745, project manager seemed very knowledgeable, and I signed my contract. THEN, all of a sudden my tenant calls me one day and says the roofers have arrived. No one called me to tell me that! They completed the work and it was AWFUL - ugly concrete end caps, bright red valleys and chimney vents, ripped up/unpainted flashing, sloppy adhesive, etc. plus they broke an outdoor electrical outlet. The project manager came out to look and agreed things needed to be better.

Meanwhile Roof King incorrectly mailed an invoice not to my address in Virginia but to the property address in Oceanside and it was for $14,436. Imagine my surprise that it was $4,691 higher than my contract. I called the project manager and he said it never should have went out because he hadn't reviewed or finalized it yet. Nice. Two weeks later I get a revised invoice for $11,016, which is $1,271 higher than expected. That's not terrible but I was NEVER INFORMED about the additional repairs/materials that needed to be done. Once my tenant, not the project manager, told me the roof revisions were complete I called the project manager to see about a final inspection. I also asked him if I should pay the revised invoice since we were nearing the 30 day mark and I didn't want to be overdue and pay a 1.5% of the balance fee. He said not to worry about it and I shouldn't pay until it's finalized.

Apparently he went out there at some point for the final inspection and decided the job was finished. Again, I was NEVER INFORMED! I called a few times to get an update and left messages. No one called me back. I got tired of pulling teeth so I stopped calling and waited. Two months later my tenant said he received a phone call and a certified letter addressed to me in the mail telling me about my past due balance. Ridiculous. Why didn't anyone CALL ME? After a couple weeks of again leaving messages I get in touch with the admin assistant. I explained this story and said I'd like to discuss getting a discount on my invoice due to having a terrible experience. She became very abrasive and said she'd only waive the overdue fee. I COMPLETELY REGRET going with Roof King - I should have paid more and gone with San Diego Roof Doctor as I've used them before (for minor repairs).

We had an amazing experience with Roof King Roofing & Solar. Their team did an outstanding job on our solar and roofing project. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. What truly impressed us was their responsiveness. When a small issue came up, they addressed it immediately, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend because the job was completed fast without compromising quality.

My roof was replaced a few months before I purchased my home, 2 years ago. With the last rain fall a few weeks ago, I had a leak of spraying water entering my bedroom and stains appearing on the ceiling. I got out the invoice from Roof King and contacted them to fix this, under warranty. They strung me along for a couple weeks, not returning calls, etc, telling me they wouldn't honor the 12 year warrantee because I didn't "transfer the warrantee" 2 years ago when I purchased the home.
I did some research and found out that in California, contractors have to fix their poor workmanship for up to 4 years, regardless of a warranty. I kindly pointed this out to them and gave them a week to respond, before reporting them to the CA licensing bureau.
I got a call a couple days later saying "we will be out today between 1-3pm to fix your leak".
While I'm glad they fixed the leak (which I cannot confirm since it hasn't rained yet) I think any reputable business would have fixed a leak 2 years after a roof was completely replaced. I would not recommend this roofer at all. If my roof ends up still leaking, I'm getting it replaced by someone else and not messing with this company anymore.

They went above and beyond expectations. And clean

He painted my whole house in summer 2017. After the frightful rains last year i noticed early this year that the hottub paint had bubbled. The delay in getting it looked after was totally mine. The fellow he sent out to do a "redo" was stupendous. On time, neat, respectful and did a great job. Bart knows how to do quality work and how to keep customers happy. Well done Bart!

I called to get a quote and they were here the following day. Carlos was super helpful and answered all of my questions. He made it very easy with detailed emails and a good price. It took them four days to complete the job which included termite damage repair. The workers were very efficient and cleaned up every day after they were finished. I’m happy with my new roof and how easy it was to do business with the roof masters. I would definitely recommend this business.

We had a full tile roof replacement completed in May. The Roof Masters offered competitive pricing, presented professionally, and used top notch products. Communication was thorough and transparent, and the whole team worked hard to address any concerns we had throughout the entire project. I've hired contractors for many different types and sizes of projects, the Roof Masters is a team I would not hesitate to hire again if I need roof work in the future.

The Roof Masters is fantastic. I researched and had six different bids on our roofing projects. The Roof Masters stood out from the start with their pricing, service and reputation. They did a phenomenal job on replacing our entire roof and solar install. Great job from start to finish. Their team finished the entire roofing project in just two days and we are blown away the the results. Great job guys, two thumbs up!

Roof masters worked on my mother's roof after a leak back in March 2025. They came promptly when we called about the leak to assess and provide a quote. They were professional from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent. Their pricing was fair compared to other roofers. They made sure we were satisfied with the job before requesting final payment, which was a great experience. Would recommend working with Roof Masters!

I recently had my roof done by The Roof Masters, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, they delivered outstanding service and results.

My salesman, Juan, was absolutely fantastic — professional, personable, and always kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Communication was top-notch, and I always knew what to expect each step of the way.

The roofing crew, led by another hardworking Juan (yes, two Juans — both excellent!), showed up on time for four days straight and worked with serious dedication. These guys didn’t waste a minute and clearly took pride in what they were doing.

A few days after the job wrapped up — once the paint dried and the cement had cured — the power washing team came in and did a phenomenal job. They left both my roof and the exterior of my house looking spotless.

It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers great craftsmanship, clear communication, and true professionalism — but The Roof Masters nailed it (pun intended). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality roofing work.

Your employees are who represent your company. I was told several times that I would receive a gift card because their workers destroyed my Aloe Vera plants. I was told it was mailed out twice which I didn’t receive, then I was told that Rigo the project manager would bring it by and never heard anything after that. I left several messages and I’ve also spoken with Karinna on several occasions. Again, the face of your company are the people that you employ. Your WORD IS YOUR BOND, and that should mean something.

Overall, my roof looks great. The workers did a great job on the roof. I’m not sure why they had to cut wood out from the peak of the middle of the house but maybe it was for ventilation. I didn’t notice it until the project was done and if I was to call them to ask, I would never get a response so I didn’t call, but if there’s a leak I will call them back if it ever rains. No one is going to respect your property the way you would and it’s unfortunate that I lost several aloe vera plants due to them not caring. Something I take great pride in.

I know in their contract it states that they are not responsible to look for landscaping, but when it’s done intentionally that’s when it’s a problem. I spoke to the project manager Rigo O. to expressed my concern. I also stated to him that I wanted all leftover material because it was not stated in the contract for them to take it. He stated to me that he will contact the workers and get back in touch with me. I sent him pics of what was damaged with my flowers and I never got a response. I also spoke to the ladies in the office to tell them my concern, and they stated to me that they would get in touch with him, but he never called me back.

The fact that they took my concerns, so lightly is what bothers me the most. I covered my plants for for protection, but not for them to deliberately throw debris on top of it. They had a dumpster in front of my house no more than 8 feet from where they destroy my plants.

Paint was spilled on the side of my house all over the fence. The worker tried to clean up the mess before I got back. Had I not come home at that time I don’t believe he would’ve told me that that had happened. I would’ve had to of noticed it myself. Yeah they try to clean up the spill it discolored the fence and it doesn’t look good and yes I am going to paint it, but that’s not the point the fact that the project manager did not get back in touch with me. That is what really bothers me overall.

I requested roof quotes from Yelp, HomeAdvisor, and BBB. 5 companies reached out to schedule times to meet. 3 called me and used google maps to give me a quote (you can’t develop a relationship with a customer over the phone, I am old school in that to foster a relationship with a customer you need to have that contact with a customer. I know we are in a time that contact is not something that is encouraged, but being outside, with masks and staying 6 feet away, you can still develop that relationship), 1 never called me back.
Only ONE company actually made the effort to come to my home, fly a drone over my home for custom photos and that Rigo from Roof Masters. Rigo was so patient as I asked all my questions, believe me there was a lot. He stepped me through what the process would be and sent me a quote that evening. I needed to have my solar company out to take down the solar panels before they could start on the roof, I got the date from the solar company to come out and take down the panels and Rigo was able to start the next day. Everything just sort of fell into place.
Everyone in the office that I had communication with from Claudia to Gaby were just so nice and accommodating, they worked around my schedule instead of the other way around. I don’t believe I ever had to call, they were in constant contact with me.
On the start date Rene the Forman and his crew showed up, they worked fast and efficiently, they were always considerate of the other people in my cul-de-sac with their vehicles, they even worked on Sunday. If I had any questions Rene always took a moment to answer any questions I had or my husband had, my husband likes to get involved and they were patient while he asked his questions. They cleaned up every day before they left the house, picking up nails, pieces of old roof tiles, debris from the front, side and back yard. They left the way they found the yard each day they came.
I just can’t say enough how pleasant this experience was, I was so nervous about replacing my roof, I was nervous because I didn’t know anything about the process or what to expect. But Roof Masters took my hand and walked me through everything, slowly, patiently and took care of us.
When the job was done the crew took great pains to make sure nails or any metal objects were picked up by taking a magnet on a stick around the yard, we have four little fur babies and they took great care that they would be ok after the job was done.
If you are replacing your roof and want a company that will walk you through the whole process you will want to go with Roof Masters, ask for Rigo and you will not go wrong and you will end up with a beautiful roof at a competitive price when all is said and done.

Very positive experience with Roofmasters! Their quote was professional and accurate - there was NO pressure or excessive follow ups for us to purchase, they let us take our time and make a decision. There was one change to the quote and the Project Manager came in person to describe it. The Team that did the installation was very professional and cleaned up the are very well at the end of each day. They had excellent attention to detail, during the job the foreman took a paint sample to Home Depot, got a match for our home, purchased two cans of paint, and did touch up work to give the job a very finished look. At the end of the job the foreman provided a walk around to review the work and let me make sure the site was cleaned to my expectations. The next day the Project Manager, Gilbert, came by to make sure we were happy with the job. Great company and employees, very fair prices - I was happy to do business with them. Nice work!!

As a fellow business owner, I take customer service very serious, and so does Roof Masters. They are diligent, professional, kind, and thorough. Unfortunately, their success has brought unwelcome attention from their competitors who have taken it upon themselves to slander these hardworking, honest, and ethical business owners and employees. Roof Masters is legit! They installed a metal roof at our house, replaced our son’s roof, and have helped a number of people we’ve referred to them. They are always on top of it, fairly priced, and know their stuff! Love the owners, the team, the product, and the service! Excellent on all points!
