It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, but I highly recommend The Roof Master to anyone needing roofing services.

These guys are professionals starting from the office personnel to the actual workers unlike the previous contractor which is a much bigger company that worked on my house. They fixed a roof leak that started from one of the solar tubes. I had them remove all three of them completely and I can’t even tell they were there. The Roof Masters Team gets 10 plus points from me! They re-roofed both my home and my Mother's home in three days and another day devoted to clean up.
Three layers of old asphalt shingles were removed on our 66 year old homes. There was some wood rot and boards were replaced. They removed my solar for the job and reinstalled it with absolutely no problems. New roof vents were installed. Always great communication with their team. We worked with Chris and his team of very considerate guys. They listen and respond quickly. Their pricing is competitive with great quality materials. Clean up was done to my satisfaction on the final day. I highly recommend Roof Masters.

I got quotes and visits from four different companies. Rigo at RoofMasters made me feel very comfortable from the outset. He gave me a very competitive quote, and the team of installers were professional, clean and friendly. A job very well done. One thing though - this is a MESSY job internally. I recommend that you consider an attic clean out after a roof replacement. As for the outside, RoofMasters kept everything clean and safe at all times. Job was done in a couple of days, and no problems since!

Two individuals that I been in contact with my roof project that I recommend Ramon and Karen. They both help me go through this important roof job. They go out of their way . I. Can recall Ramon helping me put a tarp on my son side of roof so the rain wouldn’t continue damaging his sealing room. He came by less 24 from Vista to Santee. The second person that part of this important team was Karen she was instrumental in helping us with payment arrangements and helping is with the second job on my son. Roof. I can forget to mention the work crew. The were very hard workers from tearing the roof to installing the new roof . They did Ann amazing job on my mobile home. The leaking gutter had been an issue for some time. Chris and his team provided several options but we went with a new gutter and downspout. Quick and convenient scheduling around our needs and a beautiful job completed, even with matching colors according to HOA requirements. Great job and great experience.

I recently had my roof done by Roofmasters and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Rudy handled my contract and pricing with patience and care, clearly explaining the materials, warranties, and process. He even called me back while on vacation during my install to answer questions, which shows his incredible commitment. Rudy also coordinated shingles where my solar panels would go, installed a beautiful tile roof elsewhere, rerouted some vents so I could maximize solar panels on my south roof, and returned after the solar installation to retile around the panels and repair any tiles the installers broke.

Alex managed the installation, and his crew was professional, efficient, and respectful. They arrived on time every day, answered all my questions, and left the site spotless. Roofmasters didn’t even take full payment until the final permit approval, which gave me complete peace of mind. The city inspector confirmed it was a very well-done roof.

Roof Masters did an excellent job on our roof. Mike in the office was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and Santos, the foreman, ran a professional and efficient crew. They followed through on everything discussed, did a thorough cleanup, and even went above and beyond by adding a roof vent for us at no extra charge. The inspector is coming out tomorrow, but everything looks great so far. Highly recommend!

After discovering we had a leak in our roof that damaged the ceiling drywall inside our home, my contractor recommended I contact The Roof Masters to get a quote to repair the leak and interior drywall. I contacted The Roof Masters shortly after and met with Chris Lugo who investigated the damage, educated us on how to make the repairs, demonstrated the quality of the products they use and then quickly provided a quote to get all of the work completed.

As good consumers, we got several quotes from other businesses and though it took us abut a month to make a decision, Chris frequently checked back to make sure we had all of the information we needed. It was interesting to me that he was not aggressive in any way, with respect to trying to get our business. His honest and polite demeanor is what really “sold” us (along with the product they represent).

Once we decided to move forward, we were asked to pay a deposit (which the other companies would have required as well, to commit to a schedule) and we were then very quickly added to their calendar.

Our site coordinator, Luis, led a team of 6 people who showed up on a Monday morning. The job was to include removing/reinstalling solar panels, removing all the very old tiles, replacing some wood boards and installing the new roof system. I was incredibly surprised to see how fast they worked together. The whole job was done in under 3 business days.

Chris and Karen (who works in the office) both kept us up to date on the process and what to expect at each step. I’ve provided some before and after pictures.

Once the roof work was completed, Jorge was sent over, with proper notice, to begin the three-day process to repair the ceiling drywall – including removal of damaged areas and some insulation. He did not rush any of the steps. Instead, he took time to make sure he aired out the area, let installation of new drywall dry and then returned to paint. Jorge took great care to keep any mess contained to one area, leaving the area clean every day. I was amazed at how methodical and careful he was and today, one cannot tell there was ever any damage.

The Roof Masters’ entire team was fantastic beginning to end. They are courteous and easy to communicate with and from our perspective provided excellent value. I would very much recommend them for the services they provide.

Awful experience! There was an unsupervised non English speaking crew and they did over $10000 damage to my property! They left it trashed with nails that punctured 4 tires and put me weeks behind schedule. They were to “match paint on the fascia repairs and caused me to have to paint all the trim. They threw away my satellite dish, broke two fights a landscape wall and an outlet cover.
They have refused to put in a claim with their liability insurance company & told me I had to pay the balance and sort it out with their insurance of they would file a lien.
I picked this company because they claimed to be the top roofer in the region but I should have looked at their worst reviews instead of the best ones.

Roof Masters had one of the lowest bids I received. We have a steep mansard roof where the shingles were starting to deteriorate. They were very quick - they started Thursday morning at 7AM and finished by Saturday at 2PM. They cleaned up everything thoroughly. My only (very minor) complaint might be that they didn't put all of the outdoor furniture back where it was! Photos are before and after.

Had 2layers of old roof removed and a new roof installed. I have a twin house so my neighbor did hers also. They replaced over 2000 sq feet in 2 days. Great company. The men were friendly and courteous. They worked fast and neat. I highly recommend this company. I over did the estimates and got about 12. Roofmasters had the best price and longest warranty. 40 years on labor 50 on materials. Most of the roofers give a 10 year warranty. Rigo was project manager. Save yourself some time and just call roof masters. You won’t be disappointed. It looks great
