I recently completed a major renovation of my kitchen, master bathroom, and powder room following a water damage claim, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Coast to Coast.

I’m the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized—which I appreciated—and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received.

Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo.

Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from Amica. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right.

Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up—even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights—he was there to talk it through and get it handled.

One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you’re willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It’s a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much.

The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

What an easy experience all around. David’s crew knocked out the work quickly and work was awesome. This place communicates, is thorough, and makes sure the job is done. Highly recommended!!

We had a number of Handyman items, including installing a new dishwasher, new closet doors, new electrical outlets through the house, and recessed lighting in the dining area. This included cutting out parts of the drywall and re-patching and painting those areas. They are not "cheap", but the work was done well and professionally. If we have issues, they will fix them, but I don't think that will be necessary. Overall we are well pleased with their work. They came within their estimates, and change orders were reasonable.

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and the ideas that my project manager came up with. *Jon was amazing he answered every question before I even asked, the timeframe that this company was able to work and get everything done still amazes me. Thank you everyone from coast to coast.

I am very critical of services that I receive, and I feel 100% comfortable giving C2C team these Five stars.
We had a flooding problem five weeks before we were expecting our baby girl. C2C went out of their way to make sure they accommodated my timeline, worked with insurance, drove their contractors to schedule, addressed every small nit-picky thing I pointed out (with a smile), and finished the job like pro's.
Special shout to David and Ryan. David was a savant at dealing with my insurance adjuster and got us the best payout. Ryan is a project management extraordinaire, and was fantastic to work through this restoration project. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
At the end they enabled us to have our baby at our own house.

We just finished working with Coast to Coast Restoration at our home in Aviara and it was an absolute breath of fresh air. Last fall we experienced a nightmare working with another local kitchen and bath contractor that ended abruptly when their carelessness flooded our home. We had to go through a full remediation process that took almost a month to get through. Following that, we searched for the right company to help us and were lucky to find Coast to Coast Restoration. They went way beyond all expectations to help us get back into our home and were able to repair everything to a condition better than ever and we are extremely satisfied with the overall experience.

The owner (Jon Reid) was super responsive and would always drop everything to show up when needed. The Project Manager (Ryan Shader) was extremely customer focused (not to mention a likeable guy) and we became very comfortable working with him. Ryan went above and beyond to get us back into our home one week ahead of schedule which was significant considering the current environment.

Coast to Coast is a family owned business and it shows. They have great long-term relationships with their subs and the do quality work. It was very evident to my wife and I that C2C cares about making sure the homeowner is taken care of (no matter what) which made all the difference to us.

We recently discovered black mole under our kitchen sink that spread through the cabinetry to the adjoining wall and then spread to the laminate flooring in the dining room and living room.Coast to Coast Reconstruction repaired and reconstructed the damage that was done and replaced it with new cabinets and flooring. They are a very professional company, as well as being polite and considerate. They did a beautiful job from start to finish. We felt that they were responsive to any concerns or complaints that we expressed and were able to accommodate us to our complete satisfaction.

Extremely fast and professional mitigation and repair work. I had a great experience working with Rick to resolve my home's water issue.

We were blown away with C2C from the time we called them for a dreaded slab leak to when they did their final clean up. They helped us find a great flood restoration company and then helped us through the entire process of putting our home back together. They answered every question we had quickly and always picked up the phone when we called. They were no surprises and they did amazing custom work in our house. We even changed items and they were very supportive and offered great ideas and options. We couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend them and all their staff!!

We just finished restoration from a water leak originating in the kitchen. Coast to Coast came in on the construction end, installing new cabinets, carpeting and reinstalling existing appliances. They were able to save existing quartz countertops and backsplash. Luis the project manager was professional, prompt and very helpful. Juan and his 2 fellow crew members were thorough, hard working, cleaning up every afternoon after finishing work. We were very impressed with this project and how it turned out. Based on our experience with Luis, Juan and crew, we would use this company again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend their services.

Marissa and Mary were extremely wonderful to work with. My condo had a roof leak and they recommended dehumidifiers to dry everything in place. Communication was very effective and the overall customer service between these two was could not have been better!

We used C2C for two jobs and our project manager Ryan was extremely easy to work with. All the employees working for C2C were friendly and worked efficiently. I'm very happy with the work they did in our home and will use them again for any future work.

Luis and his crew did a great job, especially Alonzo. He was thorough and spent many hours making sure the job was done right. He is a man who takes pride in his work. Hopefully, the company will reward him appropriately for going beyond what most workers would do.

I went through Coast to Coast for flood repairs. The flood expanded throughout most of my condo, both upstairs and down. I worked directly with a project manager, Ryan. From the very beginning, Ryan assured me that C2C would take good care of me, and I'm very happy to report that they did. Ryan was always on top of his game, he gave me timeline for repairs, communicated any potential delays, and even took me shopping for flooring and other items that needed replacement. Ryan also connected me with David who worked directly with my insurance company to get all of the repairs that I would need into the insurance claim. Unfortunately, the insurance company needed to send some of the funds with my lender on them. When I first started discussing the process with the lender, they sent me a ton of forms. I was completely stressed and confused. Ryan immediately told me to contact Tiffany in the office for assistance. Within a day, Tiffany returned all of the documents to me, notarized. I was able to get them back to my lender and begin the process of getting my funds released super quickly thanks to her!

My repairs turned out amazing and I couldn't be happier!
