We hired Coast to Coast Restoration to build a wall, turning our loft into another room in our house. They were very good at communicating from the initial walkthrough to when we were assigned a project manager and contractor. The price was reasonable for the amount of work involved; I'm sure we could've DIYed it cheaper but we thought it was worth the investment to have it done right. The contractor was on time every day and the project manager followed up on everything frequently. We're very happy with what they did for us and would definitely work with them again in the future. My only complaint is feeble: The day they were supposed pull up the floor coverings, wall coverings, etc. they didn't show. Come to find out they had a client with an emergency water issue and they had to reroute everyone to that location. It just meant that our house was cleaned up later than expected, but that isn't a big deal. Thanks, Coast to Coast Restoration!

David is a prize package. When it comes to professionalism, respect, and hard work. We are very grateful to have had him as the project manager on the work done at our home. He’s become a good friend. Thank you also Matt, Tiffany and Bolo for all the hard work at the office as well!

We have had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Daniel, Bolo, Martin, and one other guy whose name has slipped my mind, but he built our kitchen counters. These men are exceptional. My own insurance company needs to take notes and train their staff on what customer service looks like. Coast 2 Coast, I can't wait to see the finished product, but right now, you are the BEST! Looking forward to the finished products!

Rick and Alex were sent out to do the mitigation work at my place. They were very thorough in their work both in respecting the property, hunting down the source of the leak, and explaining the process and scope of the work. They did great work keeping the area clean and worked with my schedule. To sum it up they both did an amazing job clearing of all the wet drywall, insulation, and making sure my family was safe from mold. Keep up the good work and thank you.

I had two roof leaks and C2C were out here in a day to quickly set up, demo, and dry out. They did a great job isolating the mess, laying out floor protection and keeping the rest of the house clean. They clearly understand water damage and mitigation to prevent any mold.

Could not have asked for better service. Project manager Dave Dillon was the best, and Jerry's skilled team of Jose and Vicente completed the repairs quickly. Dave checked in with me every day and Jose and Vicente worked quickly and cleaned up every day. Repairs included installation of insulation & sheetrock, painting, and rebuilding 2 custom vanities. They did a superior job to repair the damage from two major roof leaks in two different locations in the house. I hope I don't ever experience another event as this but if I do, Coast2Coast will be my first call.

We had a leak in the bathroom recently that went through the walls into the garage. After the initial demolition work, we went through a couple of restoration vendors that were not up to mark. Thankfully, we were recommended to go with Coast to Coast restoration through our Insurance company. The first appointment was set with the estimator Daniel Aguila. Daniel came as per the schedule, on time and did a thorough walkthrough of the work at hand. In a couple of days he came up with a thorough estimate of the restoration work that needed to be presented to insurance. He worked directly with the Insurance company and shared regular updates/feedback with us. He also went an extra mile to accommodate the modifications requested by us. Daniel has been extremely patient and meticulous in his assessment. He was always prompt in responding to our numerous queries.
Once the contracts were signed off, there was a smooth handshake to the Project Managers, David Dillon and Raul Castaneda to begin the work. Right off the bat, David and Raul were on the ball, looking into various options for the Bathroom Hardware. They made recommendations on quality and style based on their experience and spent hours researching on our behalf and we are very thankful for all their efforts to take the burden off us. They were onsite every day to make sure work was getting done as per the plan. They kept us in the loop for planned work for the next few days and worked around our schedule. They even made multiple trips to the hardware store to insure we get the best quality hardware.

Overall, working with Daniel, David and Raul at C2C has been a breeze, they have done all the heavy lifting. They have done an outstanding job and we recommend them hands-down.

Coast to Coast was incredibly speedy and professional. We had our bathroom and bedroom walls removed due to mold, and our sink and toilet were removed as well. Coast to Coast came in to restore our bedroom and bathroom after all the mold had been removed and it looks better than new. They worked with our schedule, always kept us informed, and ensured that the process was seamless. They were extremely thorough, even touching up areas unrelated to the job like around the stairs where materials were brought into the house. Shoutout to David, Derek, and, Tiffany. They were such a friendly and awesome team to work with! I would absolutely recommend Coast to Coast for any home repair needs!

After all the rain this winter, we discovered a leak in our roof that led to a partial collapse of our bathroom ceiling. C2C had great reviews so I gave them a call. Luckily they had an opening that morning, and within a couple hours the mitigation team arrived to inspect the damage. We found their estimate to be reasonable and told them we were anxious to get the work going. Fortunately for us they’d had a schedule change, and they were actually able to start the work that day.

Our Mitigation Technicians were Rick and Mariano. Before they started, they completely sealed off the room to prevent drywall dust and attic insulation from escaping the bathroom. They removed the bad drywall and insulation and left the area cleaner than when they’d arrived.

Rick and Mariano were a fantastic team. Rick expertly explained each step in the process, and we were reassured by his knowledge and expertise. Mariano located a hidden access panel that saved us the risk, trouble, and expense of needing to remove the marbled tub area. Because of our great experience with the mitigation team, we will likely be using C2C for the rebuild, and also for some other improvements in our home.

We had our second slab leak in 3 years and decided to go with Coast to Coast after reading reviews. I'm so glad that we went with them instead of the previous company we used.

Derek, Darren, Alex, Matt, and Christian were all very hospitable and worked with us on every issue. They were timely in their responses, and sent their team out ASAP when the issue first reared its ugly head.

They kept insurance up to date, us informed, and restored our house immaculately after the water damage had been mitigated.

These guys really know what they are doing, and I will be working with them again in the future when we decide to re-model our master bedroom/bathroom.

Raul and his team did a fantastic job restoring our condo after it was damaged. He communicated clearly and consistently about the status of the work and when things were expected to be completed. We had a tough schedule to work around and Raul made it very easy to make adjustments and never made us feel bad about that. Unfortunately, we had a leak in our
Kitchen just as we entered into escrow on our home. Luckily our agent found Coast to Coast to handle both our remediation and restoration. They helped us minimize repairs and get our leak quickly cleaned up. Next, we were able to get a bid that was fair and they quickly restored our kitchen so that we will stil close escrow as previously planned. And the kitchen looks just like it did when we first listed! Both the sellers and buyers are relieved. So grateful to have worked with a quality team. Thank you Rick and his remediation crew. And super grateful for David, David and Vega Construction for their quality work. Highly recommend!

We had a small roof leak that had already been fixed but left behind some water damage and mold spots on the drywall. Coast To Coast was super helpful and responsive.

They did the demo of the damaged drywall and then once that was done did a quote for the rebuild too. (I believe this is very normal since they can't quote the rebuild at the start of the project because they're not 100% sure of the work needed until the demo is done).

We were out of town for the demo work but it all looked super cleaned up when we got back.

The rebuild only took 2-3 days and I honestly can't tell where they repaired the drywall. No lines in the drywall and paint match was perfect.

Working with Coast to Coast from beginning to end was seamless. We had a pipe leak ( during the holidays) and needed all new flooring. David, Mary and Jon were wonderful to work with! They were friendly along with having a professional attitude which was so appreciated. There were some issues with the delivery of flooring for this project and our PM Jon went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible!! I would highly recommend them!

I worked with the C2C team to remodel two bathrooms and also install some lighting in my home. They also assisted me with an unexpected kitchen leak and worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of very quickly. They were professional, communicative, helpful, and always available if I had questions or concerns. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Our guest bathroom sink angle stop failed on the second floor of our townhome and caused a leak all the way down through the ceiling of our garage.
