This review is over 6-7 years after services I received from this company so this is review is the real deal. I own a dental office that was in need of new flooring, door casings, window trims, and two new bathrooms. The young man I dealt with was Noah. He was efficient, straight forward and very professional. Before becoming a dentist I had worked many years in construction so I understand how this industry works. I was presented with a bid like I have never seen before. It was crystal clear. Every single small detail was accounted for. Anyone could understand it.
When it came to performing the job, the crews accommodated me and showed up on days that my business was closed. They worked careful and fast. They left the job site spotless clean every night.
There were a couple of minor hiccups that can be expected on any job and they were dealt with right away to my satisfaction.
Here it is 6 -7 years later and my floors look like the day they put them in. In fact they look better. The bathrooms are still in perfect condition. Keep in mind that I run a thriving and very busy practice so there is a lot of traffic.
I am more than satisficed with Iconik Builders. I highly recommend them to any sound business person who understands the concepts of value. If you are cheap person looking for cheap work please don't bother this quality company. Iconik Builders is the choice of sound successful business people who seek quality at a fair price that reflects the value of the services. If you're looking for an excellent contractor to bring your restaurant vision to life, look no further. I interviewed three contractors to help us build our ice cream shop in North Park. Luke was by far the most responsive during the bidding phase. Additionally, his price was less than the other two contractors we worked with. Once Luke accepted the work, he was exactly what I was hoping for: honest, communicative, and invested in our success as a family owned small business trying to make a go of it. He was an invaluable asset during the design and build phase. In one example of many, Luke was able to straighten out a thorny issue with the city, our architect, and engineers about our grease trap that would have derailed the project for months and cost us tens of thousands of dollars. Finally, Luke and his team of professionals got the work done on time and on budget to the penny. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Iconik Builders. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Iconik helped us bring our lounge renovations to life! As a small business, working with people that understood our vision as well as our budget was absolutely crucial. We hired ECS after having a friend remodel their home and they recommended him. At the time we had some family emergencies and had to travel for awhile and Eric was amazing in working with us while we were in town. We did a major remodel-backyard, bedroom, bathroom, living room and he did an AMAZING job. His crew is fantastic. They always showed up on time, we’re very skilled and worked hard! We added onto this major project almost every couple of weeks and we still finished on time! Eric is so detailed oriented. There were times I would say I wanted something and he would tell me to trust him and I’m so glad we did. He really knows his stuff and knows how to bring your vision your life! He does a great job at taking the time to get things done right and look very high end and perfect. He made our modern farmhouse a reality! He would notice things even we wouldn’t and fix it. He would work along side his contractors to make sure it was done right. We highly recommend ECS and will be using them again on the last areas of our home .

American Response Team saved us! We had an appliance problem that caused water damage 1 night before a planned vacation. Felipe from ART was on-site first thing in the morning. He was helpful and consultative. His team contained the damage immediately so we were able to still go on vacation without any delay. Communication from the whole ART team was proactive and courteous. They worked directly with our homeowners insurance to document our claim. American Response Team is most highly recommended!

This review covers the two water leaks at my condo during the past 4+ months. The water heater was replaced since I thought that it was leaking. About a week afterwards, I noticed that the carpet was very damp again. My plumber also noticed that the drywall adjacent to the water heater was very damp. He suggested that I call America Response to remediate the water damage caused by a leak from the upstairs condo. Christian from American Response set up fans with a dehumidifier for a four day dry out period. The reconstruction team from American Response removed the damaged drywall and observed the source of the leak from the upstairs water heater. The upstairs owner then presumably had the leaky pipe repaired. The reconstruction team did a fantastic job with the repairs (new drywall with insulation, retexturing with painting, and reassembly of affected cabinets and backsplash). American Response deserves a 5 stars rating in terms of communications and excellent work quality. Unfortunately, the repair didn't hold, so I had to call American Response to deal with a repeat water damage control recently. They again responded quickly and dried out the walls and carpeting to prevent any growth of mold/pathogens. I highly recommend American Response to deal with any water damage scenarios quickly and professionally so that you can have "peace of mind." Thank you, American Response Team.

Will from American Response Team was an absolute lifesaver for me and my family after a flood in our home. From the moment he arrived, Will was professional, efficient, and incredibly compassionate. He worked quickly to minimize the damage and walked us through every step of the restoration process. His expertise in water restoration is top-notch, and he handled everything with care and attention to detail. We felt supported the entire time, and his dedication to getting our home back to normal was truly amazing. A pipe burst under my kitchen sink and water was everywhere. The plumber who fixed the pipe referred us to Felipe Gayosso and his team from American Response. They came right away and did everything to mitigate the water damage. They were very conscious of keeping the area that they worked in contained, they were aware of the stress It caused the tenants, and they did everything to make the experience better. They came regularly to check the moisture levels made phone calls to my insurance company and provided important information. They were respectful of my home environment and cleaned up thoroughly. I would highly recommend the American response team and Filipe to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I discovered a pinhole leak in my pipe at 7pm on a Friday night and immediately called around for an emergency dry restoration company to remove the drywall so the plumber could fix the leak. American Response Team was the only company that picked up my call that night and sent out a technician, Felipe, the next morning. Felipe was amazing to work with, showed us what needed to be removed, and checked in on us several times during the process. American Response Team did an amazing job! Manny Gutierrez did a great job with communicating to me daily. Jose was at my home all of the time. He is very respectful of my property. He was extremely punctual and very polite. In such a stressful situation, this team moved very fast and worked very efficiently. They always left the house as clean and neat as possible. Felipe and his entire team were thorough, efficient, and great with scheduling. Felipe responded quickly on Christmas Day and made sure no further damage would occur and all the mitigation work was completed quickly. He worked with me and my schedule (and my dogs on site) to get all the necessary water mitigation and damage removal completed during the busy holidays.
