While dealing with a stressful situation, American Response team made the process seamless. From the very beginning, their staff were processional, punctual, and respectful. Christian with the demolition team was amazing at getting the demo work done quickly & drying everything out from the resulting water damage. He then got us in touch w/ the reconstruction team who took it from there. There was clear and consistent communication along the way, with the crew taking excellent care of our home.

Jesus and Moises were phenomenal at ensuring the reconstruction was done to the highest possible standard, checking in every step of the way. The work was done quickly and efficiently, colors were matched exactly, and the insurance details worked out perfectly.

American Response came out quickly and started to remediate the issue right away. They worked with my insurance around negotiating the claim for damage cleanup. We have not fully finished the negotiation process so I cannot comment on final outcomes. This was my first claim so i'm not sure if its going to plan or not.

We had the best experience with Felipe. He was so quick to help mitigate our leak and start the process of getting our house put back together. He is quick to respond, efficient and so kind. Having a leak happen the week before the holidays was a nightmare but Felipe’s care, knowledge and professionalism made things so much better.

We had a refrigerator leak that traveled through the drywall and under the floors, and American Response was outstanding from start to finish. They responded immediately and knew exactly how to handle every step of the process—from proper documentation for the insurance company, to guiding us on communication, to coordinating the pack-out and refrigerator removal (things we didn’t even realize needed to be done).

When we discovered fresh mold from the leak, they were immediately on it. Mold remediation is clearly an area they specialize in, and that expertise proved to be absolutely essential for our situation.

We had an A+ experience for the second time with American Response Team. Felipe came out on a Sunday to assess our water heater leak damage and setup fans immediately. His crew came back on Tuesday to start the mitigation work and were also very professional. Even the office people who coordinated a pod for storage of our garage stuff during the mitigation were great. I knew what was happening at every step of the process as Felipe was great in communicating progress and next steps. Hoping we don’t have another water issue anytime soon, but if we do I will absolutely be using ART again!
