Ryan was the builder or our new master bathroom over two years ago. The bathromm is amzaing with three vanities and a slab granite steam shower. My wife and I have been very pleased. Ryan and his crew were very diigent and professonal and his pricing was very competitive. The shower developed a leak behind the slab granite in the shower which was on the interior of an exterior wall. It had been over two years since the bathroom had been completed. I called Ryan and he verry attentatively set up a time and came over and expertly located and repaired the leak, which was a result of a leaking solder joint on a diverter valve. Many builders in this situation would have s claimed it was not their problem because the new construction was no longer wihtin the warranty time frame. I was very pleased that Ryan attended to this issue promptly and prefessionally. I recommend Quality Construction Solutions for your next remodel or new constrcution project. They stand behind their work.

I had spent a couple of weeks trying to find an electrician and drywall/paint guys that could finish out a family room. Unlike a lot of the contractors I reached out to, he actually showed up and gave me a quote. Good help is tough to find these days. Now, I had the guys I needed, but would they show up? Would they finish the job, and would it be any good? Thankfully, YES! Somehow I avoided the typical horror story of a contractor disappearing halfway through the job. Ryan and his crew showed up every day and knocked it out really quickly, and even better, they did a great job.

Ryan came to my home to review a quote for some home remodeling . He spent 2 1/2 hours at my home going over all the details, measurements ect. He said he would reach out to plan another meeting the following week to go over everything. After many attempts to contact him via email and his cell he has NEVER responded. I would have appreciated just a follow up call in some sort of way but nothing!!!!! Would not recommend this company at all.

Quality Construction Solutions did an excellent job with our bathroom updates. They were always up front with cost of the project as well as the schedule and timeline. Ryan, Chris, and Keely were great to work with and it will be an easy decision when we have future work.

Words cannot express our gratitude towards Ryan and his assistant, Chris, for remodeling our kitchen. Our kitchen was very small and we wanted an open concept kitchen, island, and walk in pantry. Ryan had many challenges because the shape of our kitchen was trapezoidal and he was successfully able to convert it to a rectangle which provided us with three times the size of the original kitchen! He removed a wall, raised the kitchen ceiling to match the same height as the ceiling in the former formal dining room, removed all the tile and carpet in our entry hall, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and family room. When the aforementioned rooms were painted, we requested our living room and external eaves under our roof be painted also. Ryan was so accommodating. He just did it and said no problem!
Ryan is conscientious, dependable, and always answers his phone! He leaves his work area neat and clean via sweeping, vacuum cleaning, and making sure a safe walking area is provided.
If you are in the market for a contractor, Ryan is your diamond at the highest level. We feel fortunate to have worked with Ryan and we are more than pleased with the results. Thank you Ryan for a job well done!

This particular renovation project wasn't my first time at the contractor rodeo, but with Ryan at the helm, it was my first time working with a pleasant, reliable, and knowledgeable professional. From start to finish, Ryan and his team were totally on point, responsive, transparent, and ethical. There were no surprises, no promises unfilled, no expectations dashed. Doesn't get any better than Ryan and his team.

Ryan and his crew were awesome. Through out the entire project Ryan keep clear and open communication. He had his team out to the site about a week ahead of time for pre-construction planning. They showed up on time ready to work. Our particular project was all outside. His team was efficient, fast, an worked well together. No one was standing around or working at half speed. There were a few unforeseen things that popped up, but they were able to deal with them.

This is now the second remodel Ryan and his crew have done for me. He remodeled our bathroom and most recently a fireplace redo. He responds quickly and is always patient and kind. His crew does amazing work and I could not be more pleased with Ryan, the crew, and the quality of the work. Always very respectful, and leaves the work area clean. Kitchen is next!! I will only use Ryan. He has won all my future business!

Ryan took on a monster renovation for us. A total renovation of the entire interior of our new/old home in Vista, including all new windows doors and bathrooms and flooring. We removed walls and opened up the kitchen and family room to create bright and open living space. No one in the neighborhood thought it could be done to that floor plan, but Ryan took an old tired interior and delivered and outstanding result. Essentially a new house inside. The kitchen was a masterpiece of design and function. The master bath is bright and fresh. There wasn't a square inch of interior that Ryan and his crew didn't remove and improve. And he was there for us after the renovation was completed. He earned our trust. I highly recommend Ryan. On schedule and on budget. Can't beat that.

Reliable. Honest and Efficient Contractor

We recently used QSC, Ryan Hutt, to complete a major remodel of our kitchen, family room, and full bath. Our house was built in the 1980s and had not been updated. The rooms had to be fully gutted including ceilings raised, a half wall removed, the fireplace place retiled, and the plumbing relocated in both the kitchen and bathroom.

Ryan provided us with a fair and transparent proposal and worked diligently to keep us on budget throughout the project. We did encounter a few issues requiring additional costs, however, these issues were resolved in a cost-effective manner. Ryan also provided weekly updates for all phases and completed the project within the projected timeframe.

Ryan and his team were professional and friendly. They were always on time, did quality work, and cleaned up every day, They were accommodating and easy to work with during the project, Ryan was also very responsive to phone calls and text messages providing good communication throughout the remodel. We highly recommend Ryan and QSC. We are really happy and pleased with our newly updated kitchen, family room and bathroom.

This year we used him again for the upstairs project. Once again Ryan did a great job (and worth the wait to get on his calendar). On time and QUALITY work.

Side note - while going over tile options at local store, one of the floor people walked past and said that we were working with the hardest working contractor in the county. I couldn't agree more.
