Tried several companies and found them too high priced, poor customer service or both. Then I found Next Level Pool Service and Repair. Wow. What a difference. Great service at an affordable rate. I highly recommend this company for all your pool and spa needs.

Next Level Pool has been great to work with. We use them at our AirBnB to maintain our spa. It fluctuates between small groups using it to large groups. Regardless they ensure it is ready for the next visitor.

James comes out every week to check the chemicals of our fountain and make the necessary changes. Our fountain was cleaned rock by rock when we first started service. We get a text when he is on his way which is helpful as well. Highly recommend

Next Level Pool Service was sold to Cabana Pool Service in November 2025. I have had two pool maintenance services with Cabana and they seem to be doing a great job so far.

Next Level Pool Service and Repair is a FIVE STAR company! I have had algae problems in my pool for many months and have gone through six other pool companies/people in the last 24 months. Each one misdiagnosed the problem and just dumped in more & more shock and filled the floater with stabilized chlorine. This only made the situation worse raising CYA levels to the point I had to drain my pool and scrub it from top to bottom. I finally found Next Level Pool Service and Repair and James came out and told me exactly what happened and what to do to resolve the algae problems once and for all. He rebalanced the new water in the pool and thoroughly cleaned the pool filter. He was extremely knowledgeable about pool chemistry, maintenance, care, and pool equipment and took the time to explain every step with me. His rates are comparable to other companies and the quality is far superior. If you want above & beyond pool service/repair/maintenance, call James at Next Level Pool Service and Repair! TOP TIER!!

This is the worst pool service. James will constantly tell you that your pool needs extra services to squeeze more money out of you. They spent less than 5 minutes each week cleaning my pool. They give you $50 off your bill if you post a good review, that’s why you see positive reviews. He told me I needed a new pump which he overcharged me for and required cash payment. I told him I needed the paperwork so I could contact the company to register the pump for the warranty. He never provided it and claimed he filed it. My new pool service technician said this was one of the dirtiest pools he had ever seen. It was full of algae and the salt cell wasn’t working. He has spent many hours trying to get the pool cleaned up.

My pool pump had a huge problem right before I was leaving town for 3 weeks - I was in a total panic! And James from Next Level Pool Service saved the day!!!! He came over that day- on a Sunday no less- & was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time!! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, competent, reasonably priced and really cared that I got great service! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

I trusted James with my property and he sent some new guys in who ended up killing the plants around my pool. Also told them I would be leaving for a few hours to run some errands and they took that time to take a dip in my hot tub. Caught it on camera while I was out, asked them about it and denied it until I showed them footage. One guy said "I make $1500 a day you think I care?" Awesome service guys...

Were flexible around my schedule to get in a home wide carpet cleaning for a move in on a short deadline. Troy was great and got rid of years of cat smell from the previous owners.

Anthony’s hot steam carpet cleaning did an amazing job on the 2 homes I needed cleaned.
They showed up on time and were done with both homes in a timely manner.
It’s Covid and they took the necessary precautions. One of the homes is occupied by a senior and they made sure all the furniture was back in the correct place before they left. The carpets were very soiled but they look new now.
Not to wet either. Professional, reliable and covid safe This company is the one to call you won’t be disappointed

There is nothing worse than looking down at your carpet and tile and realizing just how dirty they are, when I spoke to Anthony he was very patient with me and listened with a look of experience. He helped me to understand that I didn’t need to replace my carpet and that he would Be a le to bring it, to like new look and feel. I couldn’t be happier with the end result, look forward to getting our tile and grout done.

Anthony's Hot steam carpet and Tile Cleaning has been cleaning my floors for years. I wouldn't have anybody else touch my floors! Professional. They have great equipment. Fairly priced. They pay attention to detail. They have never oversaturated my carpet. The tile smiles and the grout gleans. When they come, it's a happy day in my house. They clean everything. The couch, the area rugs, the grout, the tile, the carpets, they even cleaned the tile and grout in my shower!
