We had a plumbing issue that caused a leak onto rug at bathroom entry. I contacted Anthony's Hot Steam for help. We went back and forth to schedule appointment by text. It took a bit to align our schedules but Anthony's was always very responsive and flexible. On appointment day, the technician Jack arrived right on time, was friendly, courteous, extremely professional and did a 5 star job on cleaning our carpet. I highly recommend Anthony's and they're officially on speed dial as our go to for any steam cleaning needs. Thank you, Anthony's!!

Jack came out to clean today and was very professional and efficient. Explained everything he was going to do after he looked at the bedrooms. He also confirmed the cost. After completed, we checked the work together and everything looked great. Much better than before since they use a high quality truck mount for excellent suction. I will be giving them a call on my next cleaning in about a year.

Horrible, horrible experience! The technician came out walked through our house and showed us three options. Because we didn’t pick the third, most expensive option (deep cleaning) he said it was going to be a waste of our time and his time and he turned around and walked out of our house. My husband and I just looked at each other because we couldn’t believe what just happened. Even if the technician believed the option we picked wasn’t going to be the best option for our carpet then that would have been on us. Why even have more than one option?!?! I can’t believe a business doesn’t want business plus whatever referrals we would have given to family and friends.

i'm handing five stars to vista carpet cleaning because of the speedy response i received; i dialed them up and 45 minutes later, they were at my door. roger, the technician who responded was super friendly, he took a look at my carpet, which was heavily stained and also had to deal with some stairs. he patiently answered my queries, gave me a quote that was pretty reasonable compared to other services; some were asking for more than $250. he worked diligently, but it didn't take him long; when he was finished the carpet looked stunning and had a fresh scent. i'm definitely going to employ their services again and i would recommend them to my loved ones and friends and now to you all as well. derek from a certain carpet cleaning company really did a spectacular job!!! i had doubts that my carpet could regain even half of its previous glory, with all the dirt embedded in it and patches from pet stain removal attempts, it had a light brown appearance (it used to be light beige flecked). my chairs, once featuring cream highlights, were now a dull tan. after derek had finished with the clean-up, i was dumbstruck! i regret not taking before and after pictures! i can't recommend enough using this carpet cleaning service if you have anything that needs a thorough cleanse or to be rejuvenated! thanks to derek and his team in vista!!!

Was quoted $129 for 3 rooms plus stairs...technician showed up and said $260!! Office quoted me $129 THREE different times!! I cancelled and fired them on the spot! Horrible business practice. Felt totally ripped off! Do t bother. 😤👎👎

Roger is the man! He arrived right on time and did a comprehensive job on all of our carpets in the house. Even though our carpets were just a year old, they needed a high-quality professional cleaning because of our 7 active children! They look as good as new again! i can't recommend vista carpet cleaning enough! from the first visit for an estimate to the actual cleaning service, roger and derek provided exceptional service. the cleaning itself is amazing. my carpet, which is 30 years old and has seen better days, had several pet stains and odors. roger managed to eliminate the stains and smells, making the carpet look almost as good as new! it hasn’t looked this great in years! we’ve tried other carpet cleaning companies before, but none achieved these results. besides being skilled and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, roger was friendly and supportive. i never felt pressured to buy any unnecessary services or products. derek’s customer service while scheduling our appointment was top-notch! he was also very friendly and accommodating. supporting local small businesses is important to us, and this one truly stands out! the value for the service we received was remarkable! we will definitely use them again in the future, and i've already recommended them to several friends!
