definitely hire vista carpet cleaning! derek was professional, friendly, and took great care with our carpet. our pets had really done a number on the carpets, but the team handled everything and made sure the stains and smells were gone. they even guarantee their work and will return for free if you need it. my dogs kept having accidents in the back room, so derek cleaned both sides of the carpet and even the padding underneath. he actually pulled the carpet up to clean underneath and the padding too! 10 stars for this service! give them a try!

Vista Carpet Cleaning is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. My appointment was booked for 10:00 AM — they pushed it to 12:00, then 1:00, and finally didn’t bother showing up until 2:30 in the afternoon. No apology, no urgency, just total disregard for my time.

They charged me $300 for a so-called “deep clean,” which was a complete joke. There was absolutely no difference in my carpets afterward — not even the slightest improvement. I could have rented a $30 carpet cleaner from the store and done a better job myself.

To make matters worse, you can’t even get in touch with anyone who can help. They hide behind a third-party answering service, and there’s no actual office or manager you can speak to. Once they take your money, you’re on your own.

If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, do not hire this company. They’ll waste your day, take your cash, and deliver nothing but excuses and frustration. I wouldn’t let them near my carpets again if they offered to do it for free.

They arrived on time, fully prepared with water and all the necessary equipment. They cleaned my carpets quickly and did an excellent job! Not only was their service much better, but they also charged me over a hundred dollars less than what the other company had quoted. I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely recommend them to everyone. I’ll be using their services from now on!

if i could give 6 out of 5 stars, i would. vista carpet cleaning is extremely skilled and professional, but also friendly and easy to talk to, which made a stressful carpet cleaning situation much easier. we had a major sewage backup that soaked the entire basement of our apartment building. frederick and his team showed up right away and immediately got to work on the carpet cleaning and clean up. they helped me throughout the whole process, making sure everything was taken care of. the customer service was excellent. i don't think i could have gotten better help anywhere else. i highly recommend them for any emergency carpet cleaning needs in vista. i will definitely use their services again if needed.
