They did an extremely well job on trimming my trees and the price was just right. The only takeaway was the clean up, they could do a little better!

I am a general contractor and when I need trees removed or stumped or anything of that nature the first person I call is Juan at Vista Valley Tree. These guys know how to get it done. I can’t even tell that they’ve been there when they’re done. Their pricing is always fair. I’d recommend these guys to anybody.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Vista Valley Tree Service in Vista, CA. They trimmed trees in our backyard, far from our front drive, and instead of keeping their wood-chipping and pickup trucks ON our amply wide drive, they veered from it and ran over our gray electrical splice box and the accompanying outlet, crushing and destroying both, located beyond the border of our drive. Those items were functioning properly for more than five years, and this destruction was noted shortly after Vista Valley Tree Service left our property. We promptly contacted the owner, Juan, who insisted his crew did not cause this damage even before coming out to inspect it. We observed where the trucks were located off to the side of our drive, where the damage was evident. Juan waited a week to come and inspect our claim, but since Juan insisted that we did not actually see/video their crew rolling over the box/outlet, he would not take responsibility. Juan: this isn’t even an expensive repair! And we offered to split the cost with you, though it was clearly your full responsibility! Sorry, but your refusal to be accountable seems the current substandard treatment in this country, and very sadly, it showcases that you are NOT running an honest company. If a customer needs a trimming on their premises, we suggest they go elsewhere and deal with someone who treats their customers with honesty and integrity. So VERY unnecessarily disappointing, and a good reason not to be a repeat customer.

Polite, quick to respond, arrived early and finished early. The team left no mess and did a great clean up and made sure to get my input as the job progressed.
I usually don’t respond to fliers in the mail but I’m glad I did this time. They came out and gave a quote the same day and the price was good. It was obvious from the beginning that this was a professional well run business. We have two large palm trees that needed a lot of attention and now they look like they belong in front of the Ritz Carlton.

Vista Valley's team swooped in and did 10+ of our trees in one morning: liquidambar, jacaranda, orange tree, 2 mac nut trees, 5 queen palms, some giant birds and 3 pesky sagos.Their work was perfect, they shaped our trees beautifully and thinned them out to let in air and light. Then chipped everything, cleaned up and left our yards impeccable. I cannot recommend them highly enough! And the price was unbelievable. Kudos and 5 stars for this wonderful company with wonderful people!

The work on the canary palms was excellent, but there was some staining from the berries that dropped on the cement walkway to my front door which Juan contested and did not make right. So I will have to pay someone else to clean up the mess. Very disappointing from a 10 year loyal customer who has referred friends to Vista Valley. No more.

I’ve used Vista Valley Tree Service twice now and their quotes are very competitive, crew size is more than sufficient and timely service. Cleanup was great!!!
