I have had the pleasure of working with multiple account managers at Heaviland Landscape among my portfolio of commercial properties throughout San Diego County. Specifically, I would like to applaud Chris Remmer and Bernie Buggs for their outstanding work. Chris recently took over as the account manager for my properties, which were managed in the past by Bernie. The transition of managers was 100% seamless and efficient. Chris had some big shoes to fill, and did so with utmost professionalism. My portfolio requires our landscapers to have intimate knowledge of each property, and we hold high communicative standards and attentiveness. When working with Chris/Heaviland, I do not have to think twice about the task at hand being completed. In fact, my properties' needs are more often anticipated and taken care of before I even have to ask. Lastly, it is evident that Heaviland's company culture stresses the importance of fostering a mutually beneficial working environment for it's employees and clientele alike.

I've been working with Heaviland Landscape for a few months now at our Goodwill locations in the south and I have no complaints. Bryal is responsive, extremely knowledge on diverse landscaping and super friendly. On our property we had Oscar and Martin leading the onsite project, who are very respectful men and hardworking. I highly recommend Heaviland Landscape!

Heaviland has provided landscape aervices, maintenance, design, installation for 2 years. They are the best! Very dependable, responsive and supportive. Besides keeping our HOA property beautiful, they understand that we are a 40 year old property with landscape " in transition": replacing over grown thirsty plants with water wise native plants. And, importantly, they understand that we must work within our budget. I appreciate them so much.
