I got a quote for the labor of installing tiles for $16500. Floor and decor quoted me $7000 for the same job!
This guy quoted me $22000 for a patio cover. I got several quotes for $10000!
I would stay away from these guys.

Looking for the best landscaping contractor around? Look no further! We needed a landscaping contractor to wrap beauty around our new pool, and Pedro and his men turned our back yard into a resort! From the pool deck to the walls , lighting and softscape... everything is perfect! He was even able to leave a standing patio cover in place and reconstruct the new concrete decking around it! We would repeat business with him, but he did such a fantastic job we're never changing anything!

Andy and his team have worked in my yard several times, and the results are always great! They have handled everything from tree trimming to landscaping lights and clogged drains. Also, they haul away the entire mess and leave the yard looking perfect. I definitely recommend them!

I have been using IFM Flores Landscaping for the past 8 years. Andy is very knowledgeable, a true arborist, and does a beautiful job cleaning up trees to make them healthy again. He's also nice and dependable, you can trust him and the quality of the work he does. He also is reasonable for tree removal services. Highly recommend him and his team!

I manage HOA's in San Diego. One of the Associations that I manage had severe slope issues last year. The entire property is staggered on a very big hill at a high point in San Diego. After having the property evaluated by a geotechnical contractor it was determined that the slopes needed to be re-graded. Heviland was hired to take on this project by the Board of Directors. I came onto the project as the HOA manager shortly after and it stressful to hear about what was happening, especially the possibility of mud slides into homes etc. From day one on the project Heaviland communicated, they were available for walkthrus on every request. Bryal responded quickly to my e-mails and gave me her cell for questions as they arose. The project is completed an it looks amazing! It is so impressive what they were able to do with the slopes and without inconveniencing any homeowners. They even took the time to correspond with the current landscapers for plant health and the integrity of the slope maintenance as a whole. It was a pleasure working with Bryal and her team ad if I am ever faced with a situation like this again I will certainly reach out to Heaviland for help.
