Some of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever worked with.
Please avoid them!

Called to get HVAC & furnace quote. Waited 3 minutes an no one answered the phone. Called back and no one was available to set an appt. Was told to leave message for a call back. What if I had a technical problem with my HVAC?

Southcoast office staff and ac man were beyond wonderful. The service and communication were timely and thorough. If you want the best give Southcoast a call, they're pretty chill!!! LMAO

The circuit board on my fan went out and Southcoast came out quickly to assess the problem and then came back the following week with the parts to repair it. Dominick was very professional and courteous. Work was completed in a very timely manner and I am very happy to have my AC working again.

I've used Southcoast Heating & Air for over 10 years for my business in Vista and the service is 2nd to none! I recommend them for you business or home anytime. Kevin is our guy and he is great!

Very good experience. The estimator came on time, he offered good price quote. The installer also came as scheduled, he brought the right equipment, he was fast but detail oriented and everything is working. What more could I ask?

Update July 30. After running the system for few days, I noticed that my formerly two speed condenser now has just one speed, as does my variable speed indoor fan. I recalled the tech explaining that the original installer left one too many wires, and he would fix it. It seems that he botched it up.

The shop made an appointment for week and a half in advance, I waited for two hours - they never showed up.

Southcoast has been servicing our air conditioning units for several years. Lou is great, he is always courteous and provides excellent service. I feel like I can always trust him for an honest assessment, all at fair prices. I would highly recommend Southcoast Heating and Air.

The owner of the house we're renting sent imcomptent people to install AC. He sent different incompetent people to fix issues created by the installers, creating worse issues. Looking for people to do AC repair ourselves we were stood up by two different service people, probably because of how bad our setup was.

Southcoast was the exact opposite. They told us who would be showing up and when. The technician, Steve, called ahead and was punctual. He inspected our system and everything he said was consistent with our observations. He made what improvements he could while not having an important replacement part. As he was obtaining the part he kept clear and consistent communication with about the current state. When he knew he would have the needed part he scheduled his second visit. That day he called ahead again and arrived exactly as expected. His repair work went exactly as stated, no surprises.

I'm completely satisfied with the work that was done and thrilled with the professionalism and customer care. In San Diego there's so much demand for AC work that lots of business can get away with poor service. I'm relieved to have found people that care about what they're doing.

I am a commercial property manager and I have used Southcoast Heating & Air for over 20 years. They have serviced, repaired and replaced numerous HVAC units of all types for us on several properties over the years. They have always done an excellent job with good workmanship and warranties. I will continue to use them and highly recommend their services.

I love and appreciate this company. They hold themselves to high integrity and treat there employees and customers with respect and kindness. They never upsale you. They dont tell you something is broke or needs to be fixed unless it is and does. If something goes wrong they make it right.

AMS/Southcoast Heating and Air Conditioning services all of my rentals, my personal residence and my two industrial buildings. There is no other HVAC company in North San Diego County that has excellent, experienced technicians like SoCoast. In addition… their Customer Service Team is amazing and their prices are fair.

Working with the team at Southcoast Heating & Air Conditioning was awesome! Very professional and helpful with our many questions from the quoting process all the way through to the installation! Our installation was complicated with many unforeseen hurdles we had to jump over and their team was awesome in helping us over those hurdles and across the finish line. They went above and beyond to make our team comfortable when it was hot and we didn't have AC quite yet by providing us options to help keep our team cool! Highly recommend!

A couple weeks ago I had SouthCoast put in a new furnace, AC, and whole-house fan. It’s working well, but that’s to be expected. NOT so expected is the great service I got from the staff.

In my career I once managed service for a national retailer, I had 300 employees in seven regional service centers across the country (including almost 100 involved in in-home service), and I know just how frequently customers complain – sometimes about the smallest of things – and how comparatively rare compliment can be. I thought I’d do my part to help balance that out.

From the start, Sule was great to deal with to get the system spec’d out and quoted. South Coast was not the only company I contacted for that estimate, but given your people have done some maintenance on the old system and with the obvious expertise Sule brought to the project I decided to go with you for the system upgrades.

Once we had the final details I met the installers – Wyatt and Frankie were both awesome. Showed up when they said they would, worked diligently on the project, left with everything working and the house in good shape. Great guys.

Since then I’ve had a few opportunities to test the new AC out and it’s working great. Looking forward to giving it some exercise later this year when we see the heat in August and September!

I recently had an issue with my AC unit going out. Both the response and customer care out amazing. I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. The issue was resolved in a timely manner with Steve providing additional insight on steps I can take to further the life of my unit. Sule was also great in ensuring I was well informed on my unit, next steps and future maintenance needed.
