I was scheduled for routine air-conditioning maintenance with Cool Air Solutions. I had a 3 PM to 5 PM appointment. They called about 1130 saying they had an opening for earlier and wanted to know if they could come around 1215. I was happy with that time Sergio with polite, efficient explained everything to me and got the job done in a timely manner.

Awesome from start to finish! Wesley gave a fair estimate and kept the cost down. They installed within two day. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned the area thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company.

I watched your technicans clean my 3 units. In all the time I've had Cool Air service never have I received such a thorough cleaning. Impressive! Since I live in a rural area and have a mouse problem using my units as a home a thorough cleaning is very much needed and appreciated.

I appreciate Cool Air Solutions… as they are professional, always on time, never pushy… and do quality work. I had a new HVAC system installed with ducts about 5 years ago… and they service it 2x a year. Michael Freitas was my tech on my last visit. Great service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cool Air Solutions, as I had problems with my AC (which is a convoluted system with multiple stages, zones, and controllers due to a number of previous homeowners). From the moment I called, the staff was courteous and prompt, and they were able to fit me in the next day (most of the other companies I called that day either sent me to voicemail, or said right away that they are scheduling 2 weeks out, as this is a heat wave time).
The technician, Isaac, arrived right on time and was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time not only to listen to my perception of the AC problem, but also to evaluate the problem and make sure I understood everything along the way. Pricing was fair and transparent (exactly what I was told when I called), and there were no surprise charges. On top of it all, after the service call, I was immediately sent photos taken of the equipment/its behavior taken while diagnosing the problem, which will undoubtedly help me in the future.
I highly recommend Isaac and Cool Air Solutions if you are looking for a reliable and professional HVAC service. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Cool Air Solutions is a great company! From the first phone call, to the service provided for my A/C Unit has been a terrific experience. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, patient and was careful with everything he did. He examined my system thoroughly, gave his recommendations and showed me why he decided to recommend replacing a few parts that would certainly elongate the life of the A/C unit. I'm grateful.
