Ryan (owner) is great! He and Thomas (his apprentice) showed up to our house today to look at our air conditioning unit. We called this morning, he said he thought he could see us some time today. A few hours later, he called and said he could be here within 20 minutes. He showed up, addressed the problem, and explained it to me, so that I could understand. I feel he is trustworthy, professional, punctual, talented, knowledgeable, and nice! His pricing is reasonable, his customer service and communication is great, too. Attention to detail, polite, cleans up after himself, etc.

Ryan and his team are knowledgeable about the products they sell/install and honest in that they will direct you to the best system for your situation; not just simply the most expensive system. Their work is professional quality and they are just good people. The system we had them install is so much better than our old system! And whisper quiet too! I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Airmerica again.

I would give a 0 if possible. Had Airmerica install my AC units. 6 months after the units were installed they started having issues. I called in August to get this fixed and again multiple times after didn’t get a return call until March. At this time he said warranty has passed , because you didn’t return my call for 6 months ? I had 4 different companies come check out the issue, all said the same thing a leak should have a 1 year warranty, Airmerica only said 30 days lol. Now a new company is fixing it, says it was one of the worst jobs he has seen. Don’t say I didn’t warn you ! Go elsewhere

Ryan did the job on time, on budget, and was extremely pleasant to work with. He was responsive to our requests, and was quick to solve any gotchas that arose. We were retrofitting a 60-yr old house in P.B., so it took some innovative thinking, which he was very good at. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to report reckless driving by one of your Service Van drivers. At 10:00 AM this morning (7/9/25) , the service van exited onto College Blvd by 78 westbound, cutting off several cars and ran a red light at the intersection of Vista and College Blvd, nearly colliding with an ambulance and another vehicle. The van did not stop and continued driving into the Home Depot plaza.

Nothing but good things to say about this business. I was in a bit of an emergency situation, AC went out and I have a pregnant wife at home. Airmerica had a full schedule today but they made the time for me and got our air conditioning fixed up in no time! Very grateful for this company and will definitely use them in the future!

We needed our AC unit replaced as it was not working at all. Ryan came out and saw our needs and listened to what we wanted. He came back with a great quote and did an amazing job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Got the job done on time, when they said they would be here and for exactly the price quoted. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone. He is honest and left our house cleaned up and assured us if we need anything to give him a call. Our new unit is the right size for our home, he really knows his business. When he says he walks in integrity, that is the truth.

Very happy with my new HVAC system, the price, and service provided by the Airmerica team. Ryan is super responsive and was patient with all of the questions I had. I like that the person selling me the system is also the guy doing the install. He also happens to be the owner too so you know he is committed to doing a great job. Really happy with the service Airmerica provided. We had new a/c and furnace installed, all new ductwork, our home is so comfortable now. Kudos to the team at Airmerica for their handling of my busted A/C. Don was persistent in finding the problem, and the team at the office were helpful in trying to sort out my warranty situation. We appreciate their great customer service very much and will use their services from now on.

We had Ryan from Airmerica come out to help us clean and tune up our AC units. We bought our place a few months ago and the AC looked like they had not been touched in a decade. Ryan cleaned them spotless and made sure they were working properly. He was very kind and offered us great advice to save money.

Our AC is definitely approaching the end of its useful life so we will for sure have Ryan come back out to install a heat pump when the time comes. Thank you Ryan!

I 100% recommend! Not only are they professional, but very honest as well. The owner Ryan came to my house and took a quick look at what was going on and immediately was able to identify the issue. He said he would send a tech to look more in depth, but initially thought repairs would be around $850.

A few days later John came by to start repairs. He looked and let me know that the issue wasn’t as severe as they first anticipated and rather than inflate the cost or do unnecessary work, they were extremely honest and upfront about what needed to be fixed. My invoice came through $300 less than expected.

Prompt Speedy service from Ron, i forgot his partners name but they were both amazing.
Starting from the phone call, the call was answered on the first call and service was scheduled for same day service, Ron and his work partner showed up and got our compressor working within less than an hour and explained the issue.
Def scheduling routine maintenance with them.

Ryan with Airmerica installed our new air conditioning system one year ago and did a beautiful brilliant job. I called him about our system not working and he came right over and found it was our old electrical box that was the problem, a bad breaker. The system was still perfect. He went and bought a new breaker for us and installed it. Excellent service and caring and timely. Ryan has a great friendly personality, a pleasure to work with. We are very happy we bought or system from him.

The installation team of John, Ray and Brian couldn’t have been better. Courteous, competent and clean. Ryan, the CEO is coming back tomorrow to program the thermostat so that I don’t have to do it manually every day. Good price and prompt date of service and follow up. Very happy.
