After our summer vacation, we came home to a boiling house and broken AC in the middle of a heat wave. The company's owner personally responded to us and was at our house quickly on a holiday weekend and was ON TIME and in communication throughout the repair process. (With other HVAC companies, it feels like you get lost into a vortex of an internet contact form and never hear back from anyone. Not with airmerica!) We also have a very old unit and expected to hear we needed an entirely new system. Nope. Just one part needed! 🙌

*Bonus* If their schedule is backed up, they have access to portable AC units to keep your space cool in the meantime!! Total lifesaver in the heat!!

Contacted the company because I needed a furnace repaired and an estimate on a AC Condenser I got a call back right away but was surprised that I was receiving quotes for complete replacements said I'd need a new furnace and new condenser without even coming out. My request was to come out and repair my furnace but was turned off at the fact they just want to sell you new equipment thanks but no thanks.

Quick come out, knowledgeable repair guy and they fixed my Air-conditioning on a HOT day!

They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in one stop and they had the part needed on hand. I would recommend this to anyone located in the San Diego/North County area. Ryan and his assistant installed a brand new, custom built HVAC system for our 1950's-era home. It was a five-day job, they arrived early and stayed late until the system was in. We couldn't be happier with their cheerfulness, professionalism and technical skill. At last, for the first time, we have a powerful new AC system, just in time for the first summer heat wave. The owner Ryan responded promptly and was able to make it in the same day and was very profesional and honest about what needed to be fixed! We had a replacement split system put in our guest house and they did a great job at a great price! We are repeat customers so that tells you we were happy the first time!

Im not sure how they price things but the part that costs $500 cost me $1500 with them. They will not be my first choice when I need service again.

Ryan was very professional and proficient at at serving our hvac unit. We had airmerica come out to help us service our unit last year for when we moved back to our property and the hvac system wasn’t operation due to a broken hvac control. He was able to get everything up and running within a short time.

I inquired using Home Advisor. Ryan came out right away to do an estimate. He was extremely professional. We needed to do some AC maintenance and ductwork. He was very reasonable and fair with his pricing. He was able to schedule the install within a couple days. He came out and spent the whole day making sure everything was working correctly and that the ductwork was installed professionally. He took his time to make sure everything was up and running. Other companies would check the temp once and be done. He checked it throughout the day as he was working on the air conditioner. He's extremely friendly and his employees are as well. He is the owner and shows that he cares and takes his time. He does the work himself. I would highly recommend his services.

Ryan provided a replacement A/C system for us. The new York system is the extremely quiet and operates so much more efficiently than the old system. They were very responsive to our need and had the entire job done in one day with very little disruption the rest of the house. Everything was handled in a professional and courteous manner. I will absolutely recommend Airmerica to my friends and neighbors.
