Bad customer service and a waste of time if not a contract

New place and its nice staff always polite

Service desk people are always nice and knowledgeable.

They only sell to contractors and didn't mention that on their website. Wasted my time.

Great customer service, always helpful, always have the best prices.. I have been a patron of this location for over 15 years.

Astonishingly poor customer service. We came here at 11am on Saturday (they close at 11:30) and waited in line for 32 minutes. Upon reaching the counter we were told "seriously dude? We're closed" as we received a rude and disgusted glare. We promptly left as this place does not deserve our patronage, or anyone's.

New location! Opened 4/11/22 they moved from Escondido, had to go check it out... The showroom was super clean, well organized, and stocked! Johnsone supply is a go-to for all HVAC contractors! They got you covered this summer in north county!
