This rating is solely based on the customer service representative who answered the phone. I didn't like that the person who answered the phone had an attitude, but didn't curse otherwise 1 star, and didn't recognize the name of this company... "That's Nice Heating & Air Conditioning." That's NOT nice & it's very suspicious.
