Mr. Mustafa Thabit, Service technician, was fantastic and I would recommend him to family and friends. He showed up on time and was very clean and respectful. He explained what he was going to do, performed a very thorough inspection, and then took the time to report his findings in great detail.

ASI Plumbing customer service and quality of work performed is top-notch! Our HVAC technician today was Christopher Fezzey and he did an outstanding job! He found and fixed the problem right away and also explained in detail what had happened and recommendations going forward. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable and strong work ethic! We have had ASI out here before during the past six months regarding a variety of plumbing upgrades and HVAC repairs...they were all fantastic (Antonio, Juan and the rest of the crew!) Thank ASI for always being there for us!

Michael Griffin was our technician and he was absolutely AMAZING! I also called ASI to give a personal shout out to his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness demonstrated throughout his visit with us. I made the appointment to have our drains looked at, and he spent some time working on this issue by snaking the drains, checking on the condition and water pressure of the toilets and sinks, inspecting all of the pipes, and testing the water for sediments/minerals/chlorine. He explained everything he was doing and I learned quite a lot about water ( source of our water, how water picks up minerals, the difference between hard and soft water and more). I have been interested in a water purification system, and made an appointment for me to meet with another technician who specializes in that. We have used ASI in the past and have never been disappointed. I recently got a membership and there are so many benefits/discounts available. I highly recommend ASI. Ask for Micheal Griffin!

I had my semi annual check up for my HVAC with Jacob. He was on time, courteous, respectful of property, thorough with his review, took a ton of photos, and sat down with me to share the results. He offered an opportunity to puchas a surge arrest for my roof top unit to protect the circuit board, which had a few light burn marks, but didn't hard sell me. I may invest on the next visit. Overall, an excellent service call and I highly recommend ASI.

Alex Magdalena came by today to complete the annual tune-up on the furnace. He was so kind and explained every step of the process for today's visit. Every question I had, he answered and gave me peace of mind about the system and how it's working and things I can do to ensure the smooth operation of my Heating system over time. One thing I truly appreciate was the realistic and honest assessment of what I will need eventually, he did not pressure me to commit to any additional services. He gave me examples and evidence of what to expect and informed me so I can plan ahead and not be surprised or caught off guard down the road. His documentation of my furnace and pictures were easy to see amd understand. He also explained all the functions and parts for my future reference. He also was so sweet to my dog and said hello to him and threw the ball a few times (thank you for the extra kindness to my fuzzy friend haha). Great routine visit and he installed the replacement filter too, thank you Alex!

Rudy & Brad from ASI were outstanding. They performed a thorough, detailed inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just point out issues ~they helped me understand what truly needs attention now versus what to monitor over time. Their guidance gives me confidence that I can address items proactively before they become costly problems. Highly recommend this team!

Cale gave us excellent service. He is friendly , explained everything well. The appointment was to check our furnace and replace the screen. While in the attic he noticed bacteria growing and he told us about getting a blue light to kill the bacteria and prevent more. This will keep us healthy and maintain our new duct work. So after pictures and a good explanation I said let’s do it and he was able to get that done today as well .
As always I recommend ASI and hope Cale enjoys lunch on the company for his great service!

ASI installed two heat pump systems and a heat pump water heater at my home. The installation itself was professional, and the crew did solid work.
When I asked my contact, Scott Rempe, about state and federal rebates he told me that ASI does not engage with government agencies for rebates. He did say that he would have the total price of my project reflect what I would typically pay for this kind of project after rebates. So I proceeded.

However, I later learned that what I ended up paying was on the high side of the market value for my project without the reduction that would have come with rebates. It amounted to about $10,000. Part of the problem is that ASI does not want to participate in applying for government rebates on behalf of the homeowner/client. There are other companies that do participate in government rebates.

If you’re considering ASI, make sure to ask detailed questions about all available rebates and whether they are included in your quote before signing.

I have worked with Hammer Mechanical on multiple jobs. The company is built on integrity and it comes out in their work. The owner himself was integral in the projects and puts his name and pride behind all the work completed.

Very knowledgeable, had the Hammers replace my old furnace and ad ac. Seth came up with a game plan right away. The end result was awesome.

Bay City Mechanical exceeded every expectation in the installation of two new 5-ton commercial HVAC systems, including all associated new electrical work, for our Parish Hall. As the person responsible for the care, maintenance, and stewardship of our church facilities, I do not offer praise lightly—especially when it comes to major capital projects.
