NAB remodeled our front yard with a bocce court, and lighted paver walkway. They did a great job that turned out better than I expected. They are honest and hard-working folks!

Wonderful first experience with this company!!!! We had a large job tearing out most of our backyard and replacing with pavers and a large poured concrete pad. Everything went incredibly smoothly and ON TIME!!!!!!!!! The owner Nate was INCREDIBLY responsive to any inquiries I sent by text or email; he would literally get back to me the same day every time I reached out. He was patient and listened very carefully to our concerns and desired and made to whole process as effortless and stress-free as possible. We plan to use this company again in the next few months for a trenching project and for our backyard lighting. I was so happy that I placed my confidence in Nate and he was there every step of the way. All of the other construction companies that we had over for estimates seemed unfocused/overworked and unsure on their timelines for my project. Then NAB came and it was clear that customer service was a priority and when you were given dates of a project they intended to keep themselves available for you on the dates chosen. Thank You NAB for making a big project a great experience!

Nate and his crew were great! The crew was always on time and were very respectful of my property and family when they were coming and going. In addition they always cleaned up and left the job site neat and tidy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how impressed I am with Nate and NAB construction. We needed to replace our almost 30-year-old driveway. It started to lift up in one area and was becoming a hazard. I contacted Nate on Yelp to set up an appointment, and he came to my house the next day. I knew immediately that he was the one I was going to hire. He’s so nice and knowledgeable; and his estimate was what we expected to pay for a new driveway. We thought we’d need to wait until early November to start the driveway replacement because our HOA had to approve the project. Surprisingly, they approved it one day. So, Nate was able to start our project immediately. He was easy to get in touch with, and he kept me posted about the next steps by phone or email. His crew was fantastic. You could tell right away that they had many years of experience. We are thrilled with our new driveway, and look forward to another 30 years! Than you Nate!

The wood retaining wall around our parking pad was shifting inward and appeared to be in danger of falling onto our vehicles. The first two project managers from other construction companies told us what they would do without asking our opinion. Nate, the construction manager from NAB construction, began by asking what our priorities were, then explaining what our options were, and we discussed the advantages of each option. We ended up choosing the option that could be completed soonest while being cost effective.
The first day the workers showed up at eight in the morning and went to work. Throughout the project they were organized and efficient, and we were amazed at how quickly they made progress on the construction. The workers were personable and answered any questions we had. Nate gave us status reports on progress on the project. It was completed on schedule, and the quality of the finished wall exceeded our expectations. The whole experience was a pleasure, and we will use NAB for any future construction projects. We would recommend them to anyone contemplating a similar project.

NAB crew were amazing. Nate was fantastic to work with being responsive, fair, and actually on site every day. A crew of 6 workers were diligent and skilled and always moving.

They went from demolition to fully complete wall (with French drain) in two and a half days! (see before and after pics) And when they found an additional roof drain they connected that up for free!

Our friends commented on how great it looked asked for their number to do concrete work on their houses. (which we gladly gave to them)

If you need fast, quality concrete/outdoor hardscaping work at a fair price, NAB is the one to call!

Our project involved adding a driveway to our front yard and addressing a drainage issue. I researched four contractors and received estimates from each. From the beginning, Nate from NAB Construction stood out. He was the only one who followed up on his quote and was flexible in meeting with my husband and me when we made changes to the project. He quickly updated the estimate and gave us a new price on the spot. While his quote was reasonable, what impressed us most was Nate’s genuine desire to help.
Although this was likely a small project for NAB Construction, they never made us feel that way. We shared our concerns about the drainage and provided photos of the issues. Our start date was delayed a few days due to rain, but Nate’s crew began shortly after. They worked diligently, were always responsive to our questions, and offered helpful recommendations when we asked. Nate was also easily accessible via email, phone, and text.
When we encountered a permitting issue with the County, Nate quickly intervened and provided the necessary documentation to avoid delays. Whenever adjustments were needed during the project, Nate and his crew promptly made changes to accommodate our requests. The work was completed on time, within the original quote, and with no unexpected costs.
Since the project’s completion, Nate has followed up to ensure everything is going well. I’m confident that if any issues arise in the future, Nate, being a man of his word, will take care of them for us. I could not imagine using anyone else for our future projects.

Popescu Construction did a fantastic job on our upstairs bathroom. They have also done our master bathroom and installed wood floors for us. Highly recommend them for all your home renovation needs.

Marius and his team are great. We love our new kitchen and extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Had hiccups during the process and Marius was available when we needed him from beginning to end.

We interviewed about seven contractors last year and chose Popescu Construction for our remodel because they seemed to be the most responsive and were definitely the most professional. We were not disappointed. Marius and his team did a great job renovating our bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and part of our living room all before we moved in to our town home. The quote was a one the higher ones but in the end there was wasn't much creep to the quoted price. Which to us means he probably did a pretty honest job with his statement of work and the proposed cost. Oh, his proposal of the ones we received back was easily the most detailed as well.

Expecting good craftsmanship and a timely project completion should be a given but is often not. Marius and team delivered there even with some curve balls (we ended up doing more than initially intended) we threw their way. Marius was able to manage all balls in the air and still manage to complete the project within an acceptable timeline. You can't always plan on vendors having sourcing issues on materials. Or having damaged or wrong delivered fixtures or appliances and other random setbacks. But they managed to deal with and remediate all the issues and keep our project moving forward.

What we really appreciated was their professionalism, communication and responsiveness. He kept us updated on any project needs or timeline updates.Their ability to manage the project, warn and educate us on potential issues and provide solutions or remediations quickly. What can I say? They were great and if I ever had to do this again, we'd hire him again. We've passed his contact to a few friends and acquaintances already.

Now, whether he'd do work for us again? That would be another story...

Marius and his crew did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen in the summer of 2025. Communication was especially good; they let us know when they would (and wouldn't) be working and Marius would respond to our concerns promptly.

The project involved some rewiring, sheetrock replacement and texturing, painting and appliance installation; All were done professionally.

They also worked well with our cabinet maker, Caliber Cabinets.

We are very happy with the finished product.
