Crane Construction did an amazing job with interior paint for my rental property in Berkeley. I had a duplex that I needed to be repainted for the upcoming tenet. They completed the task quickly and were super communicative. I appreciate also how they ensured we had some extra paint to the side in case we need touch ups in the coming years (some paints go out of stock). The owner was kind, patient, and gave a fair price. I will use this company moving forward for all my investment properties. Thank you Crane!

The founder of Crane Construction did some work for us rebuidling, waterproofing and tiling our entry stairs. He and the foreman Sergio did an awesome job in record time while minimizing the impact of the contruction on us (it's our only entry into the house). The stairs came out better than we expected. We can highly recommend them for any work you might have.

Have used them for two different jobs now. Most recently re-sided our office. Excellent work and moderate price. Adapted well to changing work scope. The supervisors visited the job site frequently to make sure work was going well.Cleaned up very well afterward.

When my insurance requested a roof cleaning or risk non renewal, they did a great job with my roof cleaning! Had fair pricing and great communication throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

I worked with Rani/Crane Construction on a small garage slab demo and repour. The end result was excellent. Rani checked in with me multiple times a day during the work to make sure I was happy with the job. He took all of my concerns both small and large seriously and I could see him making adjustments in response to my feedback. When some of the work wasn't what I expected, Rani made clear he'd redo anything I wasn't happy with and followed through on that promise quickly--I didn't have to hassle him or argue with him.

It's hard to find a contractor who is professional, communicates well, and stands behind their work like Rani does. (He's also a low-key super funny and nice guy.) I can't recommend Crane Construction more highly.

I recently hired Crane for my Kitchen cabinets installation and couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to project completion, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail impressed me.

Crane Construction replaced our old spiral staircase, which was a safety hazard, with a beautiful wooden staircase and landing. We are very pleased with the final result and impressed by the entire process. The communication was excellent, and they were helpful in sourcing materials and managing the payment schedule. The project manager demonstrated true professionalism throughout the project.

The work was done the next day after I called. They were nice and professional. The sink of the vanity was broken. They took it back to make an exchange. The store was not accommodating. They had to buy a new vanity with the sink. Then return the broken sink and return the cabinet. Such an inconvenience for them. They went the extra mile. We truly appreciate it. I’m making a list of future projects. Highly recommend Lion Group!

We just recently used the Lion group construction company on a project in our home. Luger and his team were wonderful, very professional and hard-working. Their crew showed up every morning on time ready to work. We were very pleased with the outcome and we’re definitely use them again in any project we may have. We have used other contractors in the past and been very disappointed. The Lion Group Construction company will definitely be our only Contractor we will use in the future.

Lion Construction just finished a remodel of our garage. They did great work, delivering everything we asked for. Workers were great, doing good quality work and leaving the garage clean and in very good shape. Udi the manager was very good about keeping in touch and responding to any questions. I highly recommend Udi Finkel, Lion Group Construction, as a general contractor. He has done two projects for me. Last year he replaced the boards and steps on my deck. Just now he completed my kitchen remodel of new backsplash, countertops, sink, cooktop, hood, island, moving a cabinet and patching my wood floor. He came up with a great and better design that saved me thousands of dollars over what I designed. His prices are competitive with no unexpected overruns or change orders. His time estimate was dead on. He and his crew are delightful people to work with. They cleaned up the work area daily. Most importantly, the work was so well done. I am beyond pleased with the results and will use him exclusively from now on.
