You can text and they will call you back and know who you are and have immediate access to past services provided. They called me 30 minutes before arrival. The cleaning technician was very polite and professional and did an excellent job.

Do It Green Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job! William arrived right on time, explained what the job entailed and finished in under 2 hours (1,000 sq. ft.) Our carpet hadn’t been cleaned in over 4 years and was pretty filthy with areas of considerable “deep” dirt and stains. Major improvement and no chemical-smelling odors whatsoever. We’ll definitely call on them again!

The technicians were extremely professional, they did a great job removing the stains and odors that we're caused due to my pets. They also treated my carpet with no chemicals and fragrance free that makes it safe for pets and children. I recommend them and will definitely call them again.

This is the second time I've used this company, and the results are amazing, again! The carpets look almost new. Our carpets are old and therefore need more attention. The extra attention is worth the extra few dollars. This is the only company I will use for the rest of my life. I think that speaks volumes.
