I’m extremely disappointed with the cleaning service. I spent $4,200 on my couch, and after the cleaning, it’s completely ruined. The boucle fabric, which was originally soft and textured, is now stiff and rough to the touch—it has completely lost its original feel. To make matters worse, the cleaner only spent about 45 minutes total on both the couch and my mattress/bed frame, which makes me question the quality and care of the entire job. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with expensive, delicate furniture. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking to protect their investment.
