This is the third time I have used H & L and once again I’m very pleased with their work. They are very through. The technicians were very professional and friendly. H&L Chem Dry did a fantastic job on our 20+ years old light colored carpets! They haven't been this clean and bright in years. They removed all the old pet stains to the point that we don't need to use area rugs anymore to hide the ugly stains! Nick and Joshua worked quickly and efficiently on our large project and carpets were almost completely dry that night!

Just a great experience from start to finish. Friendly discussion with Paul to setup my appt. On time communications. Joshua and Nicholas were the technicians and took pride in their work. I was expected the job to last an hour or two but they stayed several hours to ensure the carpets were done right and even went back over stubborn stains. Could’ve be more thrilled with the result!

This is the second time I have arranged carpet cleaning for my grandma with Ted. Again, an amazing job. My grandma has many grandchildren with dogs, so we seem to be playing catch-up all the time. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I don’t have any before and after pictures, so my words will have to suffice.

My kidlet’s 11:00pm belly decided it did not like all the blueberries he had eaten. Yeah, the hallway was quite “decorated with a lovely berry color.” I knew I needed professional help, and fast. Rather than calling some big corporation, I did a google search for a locally owned carpet cleaner - Powerhouse quickly rose to the top.
I called Ted right at opening hours, calmly explained my situation and he promised to call back in 10 minutes.
Called back, he did. He moved around his schedule to make room to attend to my emergency right away - AND he showed up ahead of schedule: AMAZING!
Not only did Ted get the blueberry stains out of my carpet, but he spot treated and made the time to clean the carpeting in the entire home. He was quick, efficient, clean, protected my walls and furnishings, gave great advice.....and to top it off, he promised to return in a week or two at NO CHARGE, should the berry stains crop back up.

We held off on having any work done in our home during covid years, and as a result, Our living room carpet in particular was in bad shape. Dirty dirty dirty. I got Ted's card when I saw his Van at my condo building a few years earlier. So I called for an appointment, he came over, and did a great job getting my carpets clean. I was impressed! We will definitely use his service again (hopefully before 3 years!).

Ted is SO friendly and so accommodating. I had to reschedule and he was extremely flexible. When he came to do my 2 rugs, he was very thorough worked hard to get every single inch of them clean and kept working without a complaint if I asked an area to be touched up. My pure white shag rug came out looking brand new after he was done with it. This is my second time using his services and I plan to use him again when the house needs another touch up from the wear and tears of daily life.
