Paul and his guys do a fantastic job. I have been using H & L Chem dry since 1991 and love them. I have them clean my carpets and my very large sectional couch. They arrive on time and are very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Paul was professional, punctual to the appointment, offered a fair price for the work done, which was outstanding. We had travertine floors cleaned, and both the grout and tiles looked like new when they were done. Very clean on the application and cleanup. Definitely recommend them and will use Paul again.

The team was responsive and took time to answer all my questions. On the day of our appointment, we asked to add a piece of furniture. They were very accommodating and cleaned our carpets and furniture to look new. We will definitely use them again for all our carpet and furniture cleaning needs.

Excellent service. I was notified Last minute by the hospital would be coming home imobile and requiring home health wound care, Paul was able to make time and come over before I got home. Nobody else was willing to come or even call me back. He is truly a great human being and we will be customers for life. If you are seeking carpet cleaners but unsure of who to pick rest assured h&l is the one. Thank you again Paul. 🙏

H & L Chem Dry does excellent, thorough work. Personally, i will only use their method on my carpets because it is the deepest clean without residue; it lasts longer than the quick-and-soapy style of carpet cleaning, and is much better for your carpets. They are not the least expensive, but the results are well worth it.

Paul and his team were great to work with. Despite an unusual Bay Area summer rain shower, they arrives on time, set up quickly and did their thing. Paul even stopped by the day before the service to introduce himself and check things out. Who does that these days? Paul, that's who. Areal professional. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had!
From the day I got the bid to when they arrived to my home to the moving of my furniture to the carpet being cleaned—-sooo professional. They did an absolute perfect job and I am a perfectionist. No carpet cleaning company has ever taken the care to protect my floors and walls from the cleaning equipment nor vacuumed my carpet and side walls so meticulously.

Chem-Dri was fantastic!! Paul fit me in to their schedule before my big Christmas party, which I so appreciate, and communicated clearly and politely at every step. Our technician was courteous, friendly, and very skilled and got the stains out of our couch. I am very appreciative and happy and will call them again!

Paul and his team did a great job cleaning our large sofa and master bedroom. They were courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

They have been cleaning our carpet & grout since we moved here in 2016. We will never use anyone else. They always do an impeccable job, and take extra care where our little elderly dog tries to mess the carpet. They clean our couch and also our grout on the tile floor and in the showers. We love they use earth friendly products and the carpet always dries super fast. Highly recommend!

Paul and Nicholas were wonderful! So kind and caring, and reasonably priced. My carpets all look amazing and they even revived 2 recliner chairs that had lots of little stains. They were even able to clean 2 carpets (one indoor/outdoor rug & a rug that had little shiny metal threads) that other chem-dry outfits weren’t able to b/c they use a different method that doesn’t saturate as much. They also can clean stone floors & did one of our bathrooms to show us how much it would help. I will be calling them back to do our stone floor kitchen and another heavy traffic area. I will use again.
