For over 28 years, Scott has been cleaning our carpets...before, Scott I tried other companies & their processes of cleaning. The results, dirt remain in my carpets & within weeks my carpets looked worst then if I hadn’t had them cleaned! Scott and Tami did an astonishing job on my parents’ stained carpets! Pet and blood stains that had resisted prior cleanings are completely gone. They cleaned their large house calmly and efficiently in under 2 hours, all the while charming my elderly folks with their kind humor. So grateful to have found such an outstanding resource!

What I appreciate most is there is no upselling, their price includes everything unlike other companies who offer specials and when they get to your home, they upsell the types of products you need to clean or protect your carpet. The 17 year old grout color is much more even, and the love seat recliner looks fantastic. I'm really looking forward to having you clean and rejuvenate my carpets (and clean the entry way tile)." I had a well known national company try to clean my grout and tile a few years ago and they didn't even come close to the overall work Start Fresh did.

Scott cleaned my carpets yesterday and as always did an amazing job! My son brought home a puppy six months ago and my carpets were spotted and dirty. Worth every penny. It's almost like they installed new carpet. I wish I had taken a before and after picture but man our carpet on the first floor and the carpeted stairs leading up to the second floor were a mess!! We got a dog during the time of Covid-19 and between him and general wear and tear our carpets looked like we wore our shoes in the house even though we don't.
Now the carpet looks fantastic and almost as good as it did when we first moved in. They are a bit more expensive than another company we used but Nick, our technician took extra special care and did a phenomenal job. 10/10 I will use them again!!

Extra care was taken when cleaning my very dirty carpet......they paid special attention to treating the stains and took their work very seriously. Very friendly guys and owner had amazing knowledge about how best to take care of carpeting, as well as what type of carpet for those looking to purchase a new one. Paul and Nick did a great job of cleaning the 15 year old carpet in my two bedrooms. They did some special treatment on the high traffic areas and one with the wine stain…looks fabulous. Incredibly happy with the finish outcome. Thanks guys!
