Pool pump broken most likely by vender, water drained into neighbors yard! I turned off the system and contacted company both by text and phone call, No response, They did fix it but never contacted me... extremely bad customer service, Chris Maher

Brad, the owner, is very easy to work with! He is also honest in his approach that if he doesn't know something, he will tell you he doesn't and will find the answer for you. I appreciate the transparency. I will continue recommending Summit Pool and Spa to everyone I know!!

I’ve been doing weekly service since the beginning of summer. Service has been great and consistent. Only recommendation would be to give better alerts when tech is in route. Sometimes I get a text, but not always

When we first hired summit we thought our pool was just fine but looks can be deceiving. Even though the water looked fine Brad tested it and found the chemical balance to be at an unhealthy level for us and the kids to be swimming in.
