I met Jay today as he was power-washing my neighbors’ garage. I asked if he could give me an estimate to clean my carport. He had done an excellent job next door, and was able to power- wash mine right away. He even volunteered to wash my very dusty pollen laden car as well.

We needed our solar panels cleaned and we were getting wild quotes to clean our 13 panels. I saw the JNS Power Washing van as I was driving to work one day, and decided to check their website. I filled out the online quote, received an email from Jay almost immediately. The rate to clean our panels was very reasonable by comparison (flat rate per panel), they came out within a day of the quote and cleaned our panels in about an hour. We immediately saw an improvement with our energy capture. We will definitely call JNS annually to clean our panels (and other power washing needs).

We had an excellent experience with JNS Power Washing! From the start, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. Getting a quote was easy, and the prices were very competitive. Today, two team members came out to clean the moss off our roof, and they did an amazing job. The roof looks spotless, and they were efficient, friendly, and thorough. They even cleaned up everything perfectly afterward. Highly recommend their services!

I received a notice of cancellation from my home insurance company due to moss and mildew on my roof. I was required to get my roof cleaned with a soft pressure wash and have it chemically treated to remove the moss/mildew as well as act as a preventative. I called JNS because of their excellent reviews and was not disappointed. The owner, Jay, gave me a fair quote with a clear explanation of what he would do. He was kind and very professional. I then decided to get my gutters cleaned also. Jay and his team were available as soon as I needed them and they showed up on time, ready to work. They took before and after photos so I could see exactly what they did. My roof never looked so good! And the gutters looked amazing. I was able to submit Jay’s report and the photos to my insurance company and they renewed my insurance! I’m so pleased with the work of JNS and feel confident that my roof and gutters are now in good, safe condition.

We received a notice of cancellation from our insurance company due to moss on our roof. We decided to get the riff cleaned and while we were at it, the gutters and windows as well. We called JNS because they had excellent reviews and Jay responded immediately, and gave a fair quote for the whole job and he was available to do the work within a week. The team arrived on time the day of cleaning, were incredibly courteous, very tidy, and efficient. They took before and after pics of the roof, and the roof looked amazing!!! The next day we realized they had not cleaned the tracks on the windows and there were many smudges and streaks on the largest windows and sliding doors. We contacted Jay and he was again, very responsive, realized he should have asked if we wanted the tracks cleaned because he charges more to do them, but he offered to come back and do them for half the price, and take care of the smeared windows too. They cleaned the tracks relatively well (they’re old windows, so we weren’t expecting a miracle), but the next morning when the sun shined through those big windows again, we just realized they’re not great at cleaning windows. So bottom line, we’ll find someone else to clean our windows going forward, but we highly recommend them for roof and gutter cleaning. Note: Our insurance company decided to renew our policy!!!

Flash Maids was so easy to work with! I just signed up for a recurring clean on the website, and Flash Maids did the rest. I love how I didn't have to scramble to find cash and all payment and tip was handled directly online. I would absolutely recommend Flash Maids. Sandi was a fast and quality cleaner.

No complaints rather than loud machines (which is not a surprise so I was in AirPods all the time). Carpets are clean and their stuff requires plenty of space to get job done.
