On time, courteous, work appears to be thorough, but since it is on the roof of a two-story house, I have limited observation. I wish they provided pictures. I'll have it inspected maybe this summer. Review marks based on my limited observation. I will know better next rainy season. Provided valuable information beyond the scope of requested service.

I was totally amazed by JNS Power Washing! I called to inquire one day and they scheduled me for the next day. They were prompt, on time in arrival, very professional, and efficient! They did a wonderful job! I will continue to use them periodically to keep my decks clean.

Jay just did our house washing and the results were more then what I expected. He made our walls look brand new again. Took off years of algae and build up. Very happy with the results, I would recommend and use in the near future.

JNS was retained to clean my pool decks and the patios in front &
back of the property. At the same time I asked them to clean my gutters on my 2 story home. They performed as requested. The results were outstanding. I would be pleased to refer them without question.

I called Jay ( JNS Power Wash) to get a quote for washing our front steps, porch, and part of curb. Bricks were especially moldy from prolonged winter rains.
He was very responsive, competitive, and prompt. Did a nice job in the time allotted. Would call him again, and recommend him.

Jay and his crew of one did a fabulous job of cleaning the moss off my roof and my driveway. Came in about 9:30AM explained what they would be doing and did it...gone by around 3:30PM. Jay kept me informed during the procedure and called the next day as a follow-up. Very good with communication...solid personality and good to work with.

Excellent service! I was totally satisfied with the work of Jay and his assistant. They were here on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The work included the roof, patio, driveway and porch. Plus, the price was right.

It was a long, wet winter and my driveway and backyard hardscape were covered in moss and dark staining. J and his team just finished and it’s completely restored! They were incredibly efficient and thorough!!! I will happily refer them to my neighbors….

I am a born again Christian and after prayer, the Holy Spirit directed me to JNS. I am very happy with the work Jay did. He was very professional, on time, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job! I keep me cement very clean; but have dark spots on one side of the yard. Jay told me that I didn't need to do the backyard because it was very clean. He did my both sides of yard and a spotted area on driveway. He explained that it was mold in the cement that had spread over time. He got rid of it all!

What was even more impressive to me was his honesty. He told me about a product I could use to keep the mold from coming back, saying, "You should never need me to come back if you just spray it on every six months!"

I was so impressed by his honesty and told him so. He said, "Well, I really want to help people. People tell me I shouldn't do that because I won't get return business; but I just really like to help people! I trust people appreciate honestly, especially these days!"

The team worked well together and quickly had all the concrete and flagstone looking better that I had hoped for! They also killed and removed green moss from the roof using a soft wash method so as not to damage the shingles. (NO PRESSURE WASHING) The 22 year old roof is like new! They called it a 50 year roof. No signs of any hard wear. Highly recommended!! They even moved some heavy rocks to a more pleasing location.

Highly recommend JNS Power Washing. This was the only company that recommended a treatment and light washing to clean the algae from our roof to avoid damaging the tiles. We really appreciated the attention to detail and respectful approach. Quick communicator, easy process and excellent work.

All around a great experience. I've had our windows cleaned many times before but I always end up having the company come back because they missed areas or damaged the screens in the process. JNS does the most thorough job and the method they use leaves no portion of the windows untouched including the frames. My windows were the cleanest they have ever been. Thank you JNS! Very happy with the experience from start to finish. Jay got back to us quickly to setup an appointment for power washing our house. His crew did an excellent job and the house looks fresh ! Next time we will include power washing the driveway too. I would recommend them to anyone interested.
