Initial request took over a week for them to respond to my inquiry. Michaela reached out via text and then ignored me again for week.

Before they arrived, they never mentioned that there would be a visit fee. At the end of the visit they said it's a $65 visit fee, which I paid. The individual who helped also commented that I must "have money" because we recently bought our house, so we should be able to afford their services...

Now, post all of this, I reached out because there was a leak and contacted Paul who said they would be able to fix it. After that, Paul ghosted me again twice. I've followed up but haven't heard back.

We had an wonderful experience with Bay Area Sprinkler Repair and wholeheartedly recommend them. After starting a major home addition in 2024, we ran into several landscaping challenges. Before construction began, our sprinklers had to be rerouted, a new manifold installed, and irrigation lines diverted. During construction, a French drain had to be added around the perimeter. And when it was all done, we were left with a yard that needed serious restoration—new sod, flowerbeds, and plantings.

Bay Area Sprinkler Repair guided us through every step of the process. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They handled every detail with care and made sure our yard not only functioned properly but looked beautiful again. We couldn't have asked for a more qualified and caring team.

We just worked with BAS&L on a fairly large landscaping job, and working with them was really a great experience. Our landscape designers recommend them because they had worked on large projects with them before and had really good outcomes, and it turned out to be a great outcome for us as well.

Our design consisted of poured concrete, pavers, drainage, retaining walls, artificial turf, and more, and they really nailed everything. They did it all on time and on budget.

We worked primarily with Dieter and Kathy and they were extremely communicative and helpful. Dieter was on-site regularly and walked us through each step, made recommendations, and helped us make material choices throughout the process. Really wonderful people to work with and I highly recommend them.

Jeremy is the best in the business. Sometime ago he replaced the sprinkler system in my entire landscape. This was a huge improvement. It watered what should be watered and left out the areas that should not be watered. With this last visit, he quickly fixed a small problem with one of the connectors.

I had Bay Area Sprinkler do a major renovation on a 16 years old 14 zone drip irrigation system. They did a great job over six days of meticulous work. They showed up on time, worked all day and cleaned up at the end of every day. My irrigation system works like new saving me a lot of money on water and plant replacement. I would definitely use them again.

Oscar was a perfect gentleman, knowledgeable, pointed out some potential issues for follow-up (will certainly ask for him!), and took care of a sprinkler line leak. In and out as specified. You could not even see where he had dug and repaired so all good all around. Bravo!

This review is for Carlos, the Sprinkler Expert. Our old sprinkler/drip system decided to crash a few weeks ago. With the hot summer approaching, we wanted to protect our trees and plants and reached out to several companies for quotes to set up a brand new system. Carlos from Bay Area Sprinkler and Landscape stood out to us. From the way he investigated the situation to the suggestions he had to fix them, we knew, he was a very intelligent man. After reviewing all of the quote, we chose Bay Area Sprinkler and that was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Carlos was extremely hard working, was always on time, very respectful of our home and most of all, his intelligent way of thinking and problem solving were top notch. He gave very valuable feedbacks on how to fix the issues and explained clearly to us how everything works. Any additional work, he communicated clearly with his boss and provided us with the additional cost before moving forward. After spending time learning about our new drip system from Carlos, I now have a much deeper understanding about our drip system and how to maintain everything.

Been using them for years. Neighbors recommended and they love too. Our yard has an old system and it’s also kinda complex. These guys are always there to fix issue, help with new installs. I have had heads break and the turn around time is fast. Highly recommend.

I have used Bay Area Sprinkler for several years and have always been pleased with their work. The company has recently changed hands and I had some difficulty communicating with the office in order to schedule work. However I am happy to say that Jeremy remains with the company and his work in the field is outstanding. He recently completed a job that he began earlier in the year and did his usual superior work. The office could use some improvement in customer communications though.

I had a couple of leak issues with my drip irrigation system, one we could see, and one we strongly suspected but needed an expert to confirm. The first thing I noticed when booking the appointment is that they gave a start time, not a window, and when Carlos showed up he was a few minutes early. Both a set time and being on time are incredibly rare these days, and was very much appreciated. He got to work immediately on diagnosing the suspected issue, advised on the repair plan and warranty it came with once he found it, and then he knocked it out. The visible issue we had was fixed seamlessly as well, and he was able to do a check on the other major system components. Given the amount of time and care he took to figure things out and perform his work, the cost seemed very reasonable. I won’t hesitate to call Carlos and team if anything else comes up.
